Update on upcoming hearing in MS

I just talked to the court administrator in MS,   Francis Ashley, she was helpful and very pleasant.

She told me that special judge R. Kenneth Coleman called her from
New Albany. She will be calling him today to arrange for the courtroom and dates in Jackson, MS for him at arrive from New Albany and preside over the case Taitz v Democratic party of MS and Secretary of State of MS.  She told me that she will check with judge Coleman what would be the procedure with the subpoenas, she did not have an answer yet.

    Subpoenas will not work out of state, you need letters rogatory ! Your witnesses are in AZ.
