Well, let’s see…full empirical discovery is:…it means that there is all the evidence associated with this case, just waiting for the “sun to rise”!
Then, discovery means that…do you ask stupid questions like this in court? For a lawyer-(???), you seem to need “translation” of something that almost all would find simple to understand. I didn’t post “heiroglyphics!”
And since you probably were born in America, how is it that you could not figure this out??? Or is this how a “lefty” lawyer operates? I imagine that you probably like to feign “dementia,” just to see what happens, right?
Is this how you win cases? To badger someone? Don’t “tempt fate!” I don’t like people who stand shoulder-to-shoulder with other lefties, who feel the need to “babble”!
So, in essence, you just discovered “empirical data!!!” Neat, huh? Give that “smerf-cujo” a cigar! And it does my heart good to see a lefty desire to be “politically ‘CIRCUMCIZED’!!”

Something to pomder and consider today is the Anniversaey of the WHITE ROSE…they were a type of underground of German Citizens that encouraged Germans to resist Hitlers regime, by distributing secret leaflets; they lasted about 1 year before being found and executed by the Gestopo, fortunatley some of their writtings were smugled out of Geermany ans latter air dropped Germany…
