This is the interim decision from judge Carter on motion for reconsideration. He didn’t deny it, he is stating that it will be appropriate to render a decision without the hearing. He will notify the parties regarding his decision.

This means Judge Carter is either unwilling to face another human being when issuing the decision, a coward, or it isn’t him delivering it at all.

I pray he makes the right decision but I don,t think he has the guts to tell the American people that Obama is not eligible to be the president, plus he is scared for his life as the Obama thugs will kill him.

If Judge Carter “wimps out” again, his legacy will read: Judge Carter dishonored his sworn oath to God, the United States of America and the United States Marine Corps, a coward under fire!
