    Dr Taitz : since this is an emergency motion, and the court is in recess, will Justice Thomas be recalled from his vacation to take care of it?

    This is…Fan-tastic! I think that as an emergency it needs to be forwarded, read and decided. If they do not hear your case in due haste they will be committing higher crimes and misdeameenors to be prosecuted in a court of the People…WE are the people. The freedom train is coming to the dawn of liberty, reborn in this fair land! For almost everyone!!

    Mr. Herd,

    How would it be a crime not to hear the case. With every filing in the Supreme Court (except for the very limited cases where it has original jurisdiction) all petitions for cert are purely discretionary. There is no requirement to hear motions for stays either.

    Logia a GW suggested I posted this idea on your blog. You may be familiar with Chris Kobach R of KS, running for KS Sec. of State. He authored the AZ 1070 bill and is also AZ’s council on the Fed lawsuit and writing similar laws for others (states). He is touted as a leading Constitutional scholar and attorney. His input might be helpful. He does a live call-in show on KMBZ 710 Sun. eve.

    Can we have Obama declared insane and unfit to hold office? Plenty of evidence….

    Maritime liens against the usurper?

    Liens against his real property in Chicago (or elsewhere)?

    Maybe take off the gloves and riddle the riddler with nuisance suits and actions of all kinds….

    there are a number of things I am working on simultaneously.
    Why are you asking? Would you like to help? Is there suddenly one person on politijab, who doesn’t engage in verbal assaults and cares about uncovering the truth?

    I read the entire case to Marshall.
    I not only have the entire PDF 25 Mar 2010 Kenyen file but I have 2 more PDF files from the Kenyan Parliament listing Obama as Kenyan born plus a short picture of another file describing same.
    The is another file listed on American Journalism that lists around 1000 Social Security numbers for the Obamas. I do not have the exact number but in PDF format the total is 193 pages.
