I don’t see why HI. now won’t release the supposed original now that Obama has released a supposed “real” copy ….unless there really isn’t a REAL OPRIGINAL…it’s that simple it is either/or, one or the other since Obummer released his fraudulent BC.
It has now been made an issue of public domain
since Obama released tis and ther is no real issue of privacy for Obummer anymore

 
 Attorney General of HI states, that the director of Health Loretta Fuddy will not comply with the subpoena and will not provide access to original BC due to reasons of privacy. How is it private, when he posted the copy on Whitehouse.com. It’s not privacy, it’s forgery, stupid

    John, they are called PUBLIC records for a reason, and if you look at the legal reasons for releasing a copy of a document, #9 states ‘by order of a court’ and I believe that is what a subpoena is. Fuddy is in contempt of court for refusing to obey that subpoena. If you read it, it said to Fuddy, “you are COMMANDED”. Sounds pretty cut and dried and LEGAL, to me. I think you should apologize to Orly for your stupidity.

    No, Florence, Orly is not a judge, and never will be. She cannot issue this ‘subpoena’ for several reasons that have been detailed elsewhere. She is in great danger of another sanction.

    Subpoenas are issued by both judges and attorneys. Attorneys are officers of the court.

    Orly, sounds to me like a couple of “nervous” obots like John have stumbled onto your site again here. I would think they would be hoping your subpoena would be honored so that their messiah’s name could be cleared but as usual they degrade and put you/us down. Must be they and obama have something to fear!!!!
