REQUEST FOR A COPY OF OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY

 

Pursuant to the Uniform Information Practices Act, I would like to obtain a copy of the following public record:

    You need the rules and bylaws of Republican Party and Democratic Party, for their process of selecting a “Presidential candidate eligible according to the Constitution.” They have to have a “natural born citizen” for President and Vice President….so how do they have this defined in their selection process.

    It seems that each state has its own bylaws – but I would assume that every state must comply with both the state and the US constitution.
