Re Gov. of Nevada Gibbons

I wrote an e-mail to Nevada’s Governor Gibbons asking that he seriously consider becoming a plaintiff on one of Orly’s cases about Obama’s qualification as a natural born citizen two days ago. in Congress will not enforce the Constitution then maybe the Governors can do something.

Write to your Governor asking them to become a plaintiff on one of Orly’s cases. We are only talking about reaching 50 people (Governors) so that is really not a lot of work needed. Please, somebody write to your state Governor. It will also bring awareness that this is a growing issue of the people.

    I think it is unwise to have too many plaintiffs in one case because I believe that will lessen our chances of getting “standing” with the courts. If maybe 1 person they believe would have standing if he was the only plaintiff then having 100 people also attached to the case that the courts don’t believe have standing may sink the case when it could’ve been the answer to the problem.

    I sent Walter Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint to my governor but heard nothing. I will be glad to write to her and mail it out on Tuesday.

    Several months ago, I requested a face-to-face meeting with the governor to discuss Obama and his tactics, and all I got was an auto-response. For her office to fail to contact me is beyond unprofessional.

    However, I will write to her again and send it certified, the same way I did to the attorney general.

    Thank-you for the idea…I was thinking the same thing….especially since Gibbons is ticked off at Obama right now….Might catch him wanting to do something to help the citizens of this great US of A!!!!!!!!

    The following is the text of a letter I sent to Governor Gibbons today:

    Dear Governor Gibbons,

    The sitting President has slapped every Nevadan in the face with his callous remarks which have impacted our economy in immeasurable ways. I understand you offered him an opportunity to redeem himself and he instead slapped you in the face. He has the audacity to come here to raise money for Harry Reid in the very city he so insulted and damaged. Frankly I think we should tell him officially that he is not welcome here until he makes a formal apology to you, Mayor Oscar Goodman and the people of Nevada.

    That said, I would like to encourage you to become a plaintiff in one of Dr Orly Taitz lawsuits which are designed to satisfy active duty military that the president is in office as a natural born citizen, a requirement of the Constitution (article 2 section 1). I suggest this because it has come to light that the “certification of Live Birth” he has posted on his website is clearly a forgery and the digital signature on the file matches the digital signature on his “Selective Service registration form” which also is a forgery as well. You may also want to be aware that he has spent over a million dollars keeping his long form birth certificate and college records from the public view. The truth is we know nothing about this man, and he will stop at no cost to keep his past and his constitutional eligibility behind closed doors.

    We owe it to our soldiers, our sons and daughters in harms way to know once and for all the answer to these questions…Is our sitting President a natural born citizen…is he a U.S. citizen at all? Did he attend Occidental as a foreign exchange student? Is his name really Barry Soetoro an Indonesian citizen?

    Our sons and daughters may be following illegal orders and put themselves in a position of liability with regard to military law.

    Dr Orly Taitz has over a hundred plaintiffs many of them high ranking military and retired military and a number of active duty soldiers serving in Iraq and Afganistan. There are state representatives, a former presidential candidate and electors already listed as plaintiffs on her lawsuit.

    I urge you to join in her noble efforts to demand the sitting president cough up his bona fides and prove his constitutional right to hold the office of Commander and Chief and to give legal orders to our troops. Every day that passes we fall deeper into a constitutional crises wherein every ruling, every treaty, every appointment and every meeting with foreign leaders jeopardizes the security of our nation.

    He cares not about Nevadans, and I doubt he cares about this nation or its constitution.

    It is time to stand up and demand by what right he continues to hold office.

    Thank you for your consideration and for your solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

    Someone call Sarah Palin…maybe she’ll be a plantiff. She’s already been vetted by the press. What more could they possible find on her. She is a patriot! Poetic justice indeed.

    Everyone start writing letters to the editor in your local newspaper about the obama fraud, treason and eligibility issue. send articles to your local tv, radio and newspapers with links if necessary. so many have no idea all this is going on and we are at risk of loosing our nation. the bilderberg agenda is big news and someone needs to report it and spread the news. foxnews wont becasue i read saudi arabia own tons of shares in fox so we need to go to our (STM=SMALL TOWN MEDIA) TO START GETTING THE WORD OUT!
