    If Congress does not comply to subpoenas then they are guilty of hiding and covering up for a Chicago Criminal of the Worst Kind. He is evil, blatantly a FRAUD that deserves the maximum punishment of Fraud, Treason, Murder, Lying from day one of his REIGN OF TERROR in the WH. His behavior shows his personality of being Malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder, which is being deranged.
