One Pissed-off Vietnam Vet

Excellent letter. I have forwarded to my senator (aka Pawn to the King of Thieves) and asked if he would reply as a pawn to the king.

Unfortunately my (Republican) senator hires illegals so he is afraid to speak out. I have noted this in the notes I sent in the past, but he is a coward. He would never have survived in Nam.

Please make a plan:

1. provide the bill below to every state rep and state senator and U.S. rep and senator

2. go to the events, where there is a lot of people and and a lot of media. Challenge Obama, gov officials, media. Demand answers and action now, demand prosecution of eligibility. demand to free Lakin. We have a state of the union address. there is nothing preventing a few patriots from standing in front of the Capitol with signs    “Free the hero, jail the zero” Free Lakin,   Obama, where is your SS number?   ;Obama, where is your long form BC    Obama, show your papers or go home.

Keep in mind, we are at war, the other side plays dirty and they have a lot of money and power. We have the truth, the Justice and the Constitution on our side. Presidential Ballot Affidavit and Verification

A. THE NATIONAL POLITICAL PARTY COMMITTEE FOR A CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT FOR A PARTY THAT IS ENTITLED TO CONTINUED REPRESENTATION ON THE BALLOT SHALL  PROVIDE TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE WRITTEN NOTICE OF THAT POLITICAL PARTY’S NOMINATION OF ITS CANDIDATES FOR PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT. WITHIN TEN DAYS AFTER SUBMITTAL OF THE NAMES OF THE CANDIDATES, THE NATIONAL POLITICAL PARTY COMMITTEE SHALL SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN WHICH THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE STATES THE CANDIDATES CITIZENSHIP AND AGE AND SHALL APPEND TO THE AFFIDAVIT DOCUMENTS THAT PROVE THAT THE CANDIDATE IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, PROVE THE CANDIDATES AGE AND PROVE THAT THE CANDIDATE MEETS THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AS PRESCRIBED IN ARTICLE II, SECTION I OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

  1. The Affidavit referred to above in Section A shall include documentation as follows: (1) An original long form birth certificate which shall include not only date and place of birth but also the hospital and delivering physician with signatures of witnesses in attendance.  (2) a sworn statement testifying that both parents of the candidate were citizens of the United States at the time of the candidates birth.  (3) a sworn statement testifying that the candidate has not held

dual or multiple citizenships and that their allegiance is solely to the United States.  (4) a sworn statement identifying the place of residence within the United

States for a total of fourteen (14) years and (5) all documents specified above are

submitted under penalty of perjury should any be later found to be false.

  1. Should both the candidate AND the chairman of the National Political Party 

nominating the candidate fail to submit and swear to the truthfulness of all documents referred to in A and B above, the Secretary of State shall be prohibited

by this statute from placing such candidates name of the state ballot.
