Biden seeks to disqualify Trump under 18 US 2071, this might backfire as DeSantis will become the nominee, and without the baggage, he will carry the independents and will win in 2024. This raid will backfire in more ways than one

Latest KGB-type raid on Mar a Lago is planned to disqualify Trump in 2024. Biden and AG Merick Garland are seeking to indict and convict Trump under 18 US 2071. I am sure they are still fishing for some docs relating to January 6. So, what does 18 US 2071 say?

18 U.S. Code § 2071 – Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

(a)

Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b)

Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
So, under this code Trump potentially can be disqualified from holding an office in the federal government, however this might backfire against the Democrats.  In this scenario DeSantis will become the nominee. DeSantis has no baggage, no negatives, he is more likely to carry the vote of the Independents and therefore win in 2024.
Additionally, whether Democrats are successful in convicting Trump and disqualifying him or not, rest assured, the next Republican president, be it Trump or DeSantis or anyone else, will respond in kind. So, what is your guess, what will be the next predawn raid, will it be in Biden’s home or Obama’s or Clinton’s. We all know there is a lot to search for and find in their houses.
But wait, there is more. Just recently Biden, AG Garland and the Director of the FBI chose to embarrass Trump’s economic advisor Peter Navarro and for no justifiable reason put him in shackles and handcuffs . I am wondering, who will Republicans put in shackles and handcuffs in Dem. Elite?  What do you think?

Ashton Kutcher is “lucky to be alive” after dealing with a rare autoimmune disorder two years ago that left him unable to hear, see or walk. The That ’70s Show alum opens up about his health battle during an upcoming episode of National Geographic’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge.

“Like two years ago, I had this weird, super rare form of vasculitis, that like knocked out my vision, it knocked out my hearing, it knocked out like all my equilibrium,” the 44-year-old actor shares in Access Hollywood‘s sneak peek.

Vasculitis involves inflammation of the blood vessels, according to Mayo Clinic, affecting one or several organs. There are many types of vasculitis, and most of them are rare.
