Border Patrol agents in a single border sector arrested five migrants later discovered to be on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) watch list. The apprehensions occurred on Friday in the Tucson Sector of the United States Border Patrol shortly after the end of Title 42. According to a source within Customs and Border Protection, not authorized to speak to the media, the migrants were referred to the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task for further investigation and identity confirmation.
The state of Florida is reporting a $21.8 billion surplus in 2022, the highest in state history. The state also decreased its debt by $1.3 billion this year, according to a newly published State Debt Report from the State of Florida Division of Bond Finance.Dec 20, 2022

ELAINE MALLONWhile Gov. Newsom said he was able to protect key issues that matter most to Californians, Assembly Republican Leader James Gallagher said Newsom’s revised budget proposal cuts critical programs while continuing to fund money to failed projects like High Speed Rail.
“Only Gavin Newsom could turn a $100 billion surplus into a $31 billion deficit in less than a year,” Gallagher said in a press release. “His approach to closing this budget gap is more of the same. His cuts to drought programs are dangerous, his “fiscal gimmicks” are shortsighted, and his words about good government and efficiency are yet another empty promise. Californians deserve better.
Upstate New York hotels began kicking homeless veterans from their properties to make room for migrants being bused to the region from New York City. The homeless veterans, many Vietnam-era veterans, were receiving temporary shelter in the hotels through the efforts of a nonprofit agency.
First, good news. A Bill I sponsored, SB 1299, was signed into law. It increases transparency in the fundraising of governors for their inaugurations.
Next, for Kari Lake.
She’s been active! She’s suing for a pathway forward on signature verification. This is critical, as I have mentioned before. I showed you some of the signatures that got verified. They were awful.
Kari is also rightly suing Runbeck and Maricopa for denying her the chance to inspect ballots to show that many were injected in. These are the chain of custody issues I have also told you about.
This is breaking news! In Abe Hamedeh’s trial, then-Secretary of State was aware of the issues in Pinal county’s vote.
She knew, yet she did not tell the court.
That is grounds for overturning the previous judgement right there!
Finally, Kari Lake has discovered a bombshell revelation in her own hearing. Apparently, Maricopa KNEW their machines were faulty, over half of them, but used them anyway!
One good thing about these trials, they are uncovering the uncomfortable truth about the shabby running of our elections.
There is so much going on right now. I am showing you; but the people of Arizona won’t get this from our lying, festering Fake News media.
