How are the judges assigned? I am suspicious that intentionally liberal judges are assigned to high profile cases in order to stop Trump. FBI should investigate those “random” assignments. 2 Biden judges kept Biden Gal on the Fed board for now, Trump judge dissented, saying their ruling is against the law and common sense. “Fraud is not just a permissible reason for removal,” Judge Katsas wrote. “It is an excellent one.” Roberts at SCOTUS to review the STAY. Let’s hope Roberts rules in Trump’s favor, though his decisions were questionable at times, such as him siding with the Dems on census and refusing to allow Trump to reinstate citizenship question in the census. If Roberts denies the STAY, Trump will likely reapply to Alito or Thomas, who will likely grant the STAY of the lower court decision and will allow to remove Lisa Cook from the Fed Board of Governors
