SCOTUS denied President Biden’s emergency request to halt the SB4 law from going into effect. Texas can now criminalize unauthorized migration at the state level. This includes the ability to arrest, jail, and deport illegal aliens.
Crime, trafficking, drugs, and chaos have skyrocketed since Joe Biden opened the floodgates on his first day of office with several executive orders. We have seen the consequences of not enforcing the law for TOO LONG.
