No answer in the 9th circuit court of Appeals yet. This case was originally filed on the inauguration day, on 07.13.2009 judge Carter promissed that it will be heard on the merits, was scheduled for trial for January 2010 and nothing was done by the court system yet. We still have a fraud without a valid U.S. Social security number and without a valid long form BC usurping the position of the President and Commander in Chief. We are much worse than Egypt. Are legal system is worse than one in Egypt.
