I see your concern, but military training is crucial for security. Airspace is strictly managed to prevent risks, and authorities coordinate to ensure safety. Instead of a full freeze, stricter safety protocols could be a better solution.
Public Complaint and request for investigation and prosecution under California Penal Code §314(1)Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure and § 17.12.360 Los Angeles Nudity Ordinance of Blanca Censori, wife of rapper Kanye West aka Ye
Dear District Attorney Hochman
CA local ordinance states:
§ 17.12.360. Nudity and disrobing.
No person shall appear, bathe, sunbathe, walk, change clothes, disrobe or be on any beach in such manner that the genitals, vulva, pubis, pubic symphysis, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anus, anal region or pubic hair region of any person, or any portion of the breast at or below the upper edge of the areola thereof of any female person, is exposed to public view, except in those portions of a comfort station, if any, expressly set aside for such purpose.
B.
This section shall not apply to persons under the age of 10 years, provided such children are sufficiently clothed to conform to accepted community standards.
Penalties Under California Penal Code §314(1)Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure may be punished with six months in a county jail, a fine of up to $1,000,[5] and the obligation to register as a Sex Offender[6] for at least ten years. A Felony conviction for Indecent Exposure can occur when aggravating facts are present.
During recent Grammy Awards Rapper Kanye West, aka Ye, appeared with his wife Blanca Censori, who was naked at the red article. Please, see Exhibits 1 and 2, attached news articles showing nude Censori on the red carpet in Los Angeles.
Ms. Censori’s behavior violated both Los Angeles Nudity ordinance and CA Indecent Exposure statute.
Per CA statute §314 such behavior is an indecent exposure, which is punishable by 6 months in jail and a fine. I am requesting an investigation by the DA of this matter.
Additionally, I am requesting an investigation whether her actions were a result of coercion by her husband, Kanye West.
West previously acted in a bizarre manner. He pushed the envelope previously, parading Censori nearly nude in public, engaging in sex in public (see Exhibit 3 attached Daily Mail article), promoted fascist propaganda by praising Hitler and denying Holocaust and more.
I hope that the District Attorney’s office under the new leadership will not use a double standard in relation to the Hollywood elite. No regular citizen of LA county would be parading naked. A pimp would not make his cheap hooker stand in the middle of a square completely naked, as he would be afraid that she would be arrested for public nudity and indecent exposure, yet Hollywood elite, that preaches morals to us, feels that it is ok for a member of the elite to act like a pimp and parade his wife like a cheap hooker. (no offence to pimps and cheap hookers).
I would greatly appreciate a response from the District Attorneys office. This complaint is made public and posted on TaitzReport.com. Members of the public are eagerly awaiting for a response.

Watch: Kanye West Walks With Nude Wife Bianca Censori on Grammys Red Carpet
Rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West attended the Grammy Awards on Sunday where he unveiled his fully-naked wife, Bianca Censori, on the red carpet.
Though West and Censori have been known for pushing the envelope with their fashion choices, the pair’s latest stunt may be their most racy yet. The unveiling began with Kanye, wearing a black T-shirt and pants with a pair of sunglasses, standing stoically beside Censori in a flowing fur coat.
“Can we see the fashion?” one photographer could be heard yelling under the assumption that Censori had an outfit beneath her coat.
Censori then turned her back to the photographers and slowly dropped the fur coat to reveal her bare buttocks covered only with a fully-transparent stocking. She then turned to her front to reveal her breasts; it remains unclear if her vaginal area was fully exposed.
The unveiling represents Kanye West’s debut in the mainstream music scene after several years in the shadows following his antisemitic meltdown in 2022, which was then followed by an accusation of sexual assault in 2024. Just recently, he made waves on social media by saying he wanted to “fuck” former Vice President Kamala Harris.
“I used to want to fuck Kamala until she lost. I don’t fuck losers anymore,” he said in a now-deleted post, which he later apologized for.
“Kamala seems like a very nice human. I just wanna say sorry to her kids,” he later wrote on X.
He then followed it up by saying, “The democrats made me take the loser post down. Naw I’m kidding. Dey don’t control black people no more. Trump 4 life.”
Kanye West’s Grammys appearance marks his first attendance at the music awards show in 10 years when he was nominated for best rap/sung collaboration and best rap song for “Bound 2” from his 2013 LP Yeezus.

Kanye West and Bianca Censori made a surprise appearance at the Grammy Awards … and, Censori made an instant splash by stripping naked on the red carpet!
The controversial rapper and his wife pulled up to the event Sunday evening … and, while Bianca was originally wearing a black fur coat, it didn’t stay on her long.

Check out the pics … Bianca is wearing just a sheer dress — totally see through. It shows off ever inch of her skin — and, it’s essentially like she’s wearing nothing at all.
For someone who has never shied away from wearing revealing outfits, this is a whole new level of sheer — no top or bottom coverage at all … on arguably the biggest stage Bianca’s ever been. It appears Bianca was later made to cover up … but, everyone got a long look at her body.
This is the first time Kanye has been to the Grammys since 2015 though he has won several awards while not in attendance … most recently in 2022 when he won two Grammy Awards for Best Rap Song and Best Melodic Rap Performance.

Obviously, 2022 is when public opinion about Kanye changed … ’cause in December of that year he made a series of antisemitic comments — when he made positive comments about Adolf Hitler and promoted Holocaust Denial.
Having already sparked fury from locals over 28-year-old Censori’s barely-there ensembles, West, 46, has now taken things even further by exposing his naked buttocks in front of gawking tourists during a boat ride with his so-called bride.
Images of the couple show the rapper seated at the back of the river taxi while Censori, 28, appears to be nestled with her head in his lap.
The couple appeared to be blissfully unaware of the groups of tourists sailing past them with their phones held aloft as they put on their amorous display – the latest in a line of boundary-breaking public outings that have caused scandal among Italian locals.
