When Vice President of CA Republican Party Tom Del Beccaro was hounded by LA Times wingnut pro-obama zombi reporter Sema Desai and others with demands to renounce birthers, he simply responded that he, also, didn’t see Obama’s original birth certificate and can’t say one way or another. He pretty much sent her to go and go and keep going…
Tom Del Beccaro is an experienced Constitutional Attorney and scholar and author. He currently runs for President of CA Republican Party. Please, support attorney Tom Del Beccaro for President of CA GOP. We need politicians with some strength of character. Because of spineless politicians we have a Kenyan communist usurper in the White House destroying our economy and our freedoms.
On a different note, Hannitty reported that some felons voted in MN, and it looks like they gave the 316 votes winning edge to Al Frankin. Can someone contact Senator Norm Colman? We need to file a complaint with MN Sec of State and AJ- pronto!
In regards to Town hall meetings- I need the dates and locations of all of them: Dems and Repubs. We need to have groops of people confronting all of them and demanding answers, and we need it on camera.
Lastly, all of Pro-Obama nut case reporters were bouncing of the walls lately, specifically after I sent my Application for stay to Justice Clarence Thomas. Never mind them. Tell them to go and buy some padding for their walls, thank them for reading my pleadings ( they’ve been reciting them prolifically) and file a criminal complaint with your local DA and FBI and report each and every reporter, who intentionally distorts the truth, report them for aiding and abetting voter fraud and elections fraud. specifically, demand from them honesty and integrity, demand that they report on Obama’s use of ssn 042-68-4425, which was issued to an individual in CT and the fact that he refuses to provide his original BC, as well as statement of James Orengo, minister of Lands of Kenya, stating that BO was born there. (send copies of your complaints to me) Happy B-day Barry!
I talked to the legal counsel of Gov. Brewer and I talked to elections attorney John Christian Adams, who appeared on FOX. So far, nothing else is happening and nothing else to report.

Hello, again. I see a great photo here with Mr. Del Beccaro. And it’s interesting that he is a Constitutional Attorney. My question here is:…can he do something about the (Dunn) “elections felony”? As well, as the Bowen “felony,” for not vetting Obama and for not taking Dunn off the (R) Ticket? Not to mention AG, Jerry Brown, for not stepping in to solve this entire matter?
Also, I see that felons voted in Mn. Ritchie is the S.O.S. there, and he’s a liberal, left-wing (D)! And probably very much involved with the Soros (S.O.S. Project)! Can Michelle Bachman step in to straighten this out?
Which means (?) that Al Franken “should” be recalled? Or made to face a “run-off”? Or have this S.O.S., Ritchie prosecuted for failure to vett (“WHO WAS VOTING IN THE LAST PRIMARY?”)!!!
And when it comes to the S.O.S.’s (nationwide), it would appear that either (all) or (most) or some of the (D)’s (and maybe R’s, too?) were responsible for allowing Obama to NOT be vetted!!! Wow! That one position alone is going to need some “fixing up”!!!
I have a feeling that all left-wing, S.O.S. (D)’s nationwide are going to need to have state officials intervene, to correct “rampant treason”! So I will endeavor to check into this and will get back with you, ASAP! Maybe see what Michelle Bachman can do here? Or maybe have Michelle contact Norm Coleman? She would probably know him?

I wish I could draw because I’d create a logo for your campaign that would symbolize your tenacity in protecting all our freedoms. I would draw a mother bear protecting her cub; her claws would be extended, her fangs bared, her muscles taught and her eyes aflame with rage and anger at those who would endanger her cub called Liberty. Corny, I know, but I think it’s kind of fitting since you’re of Russian descent and also live in California. (Russian Bear & the Flag of California).

This is America, not North Korea. Reporters here are not subject to criminal prosecution for reporting the facts as they see and understand them. As a “Constitutional Attorney”, perhaps you should review the First Amendment so that you pick up all the nuances.

Is the Federal lawsuit against the State of Arizona a violation of the 11th Amendment because it is the Federal government suing an individual state on behalf of a foreign power (Mexico)?
Can Gov. Brewer file a Quo Warranto demanding to know by what authority is the lawsuit issued?

They can file anything they want, but a Quo Warranto would fail. Court after court has held that you must actually have a claim to the disputed position to have standing to file a Quo Warranto.
Ultimately, the case will win or lose based on the complicated web of federal preemption law. I do not see any succesful claims that are instead based on facial attacks as opposed to as applied challenges.
As to the liability of reporters, there are several difficulties. How can you intentionally defraud someone? That is redundant since fraud is an intentional act. Lets assume that the 1st Amendment cannot be used as a shield, and the journalist is not protected by one of the many laws protecting journalists from liability (reporters shields).
If reporters committed voter fraud and elections fraud, which statutes/regs are you referring to?
It seems that a reporter is allowed to believe one side over the other and in no way is required to report on a particular news topic from an objective standard. That is why we have freedom of the press – if you think the Times or the Post are too liberal, go and read a conservative web site like WND.

But any high ranking officials who allegedly support uncovering the ‘truth’ about obama are playing with you!! If any one of them had the courage of their alleged convictions, they would be filing quo warranto law suits because they have the mythical ‘standing’ to do so.
All their grandiose talk followed by absolutely no real action is abysmally hypocritical!!!
Don’t be lulled into any belief in any sense of support for the truth — they are just hedging their bets to achieve their individual political goals. Shame on them!!!

Chum Lee, you began your comment in a very respectful, professional way. Good debate material brings out the quality of attorney in you. Congrats.
However, you closed with a statement which allowed the bias to pop out, the hate to flourish. WND may release something on occasion that should have been edited with a finer toothed comb. But to compare WND with the Post and Times, you’re hurting Big Guy, you’re hurting.
