Why would they cancel the original case and set up a new civil case? It seems to me that this should be a criminal case. Is this another effort to make the case look insignficant or to stretch out any court decision?

I just saw on the internet that there is a Motion Hearing set for 8/30/2011 09:00 AM before JUDGE SUSAN OKI MOLLWAY in Hawaii.
Please check it out because they may be preparing to dismiss your case there because there was no one there to represent you. Can you have someone appear on you behalf and request more time to appear because this seems to be an awful short notice.

Just saw today that the HI DOH is claiming that the subpoena was improperly served so that they don’t have to appear and show anything, that it was ‘mailed’ and not presented, etc.
My ? to anyone with more legal expertise is:
1. Do their arguments carry sufficient weight to belay or kill the case Orly, etc., has brought agains them?
2. What are the chances now, after the HI Atty Gen. has sided with Fuddy, of them EVER have to produce the original b/c, or is this, at least as I see it, a fight to the death for the Obots.
3. What legal options can the HI DOH/Atty Gen pursue to keep this case in abeyance forever and thus, to protect their own ‘*sses’ forever from the truth coming out.
In short, is there anyone who can give a synopsis of the salient aspects of if/when/ever the HI Obots will have to ‘give it up’ or do I die of old age waiting?

Dr. Taitz, I see the DOH has filed an opposition to the subpoena motion to compel, under the new case number. Whereas the defendants had previously filed no such responce within the alotted time before Aug. 8. Would not this cause the opposition to be,”moot”, or does this now become a faction for the Court to throw the proceedings back to Judge Lamberth or a higher Court?
