Oposition to evidentiary hearing filed today by the Dem party of MS. They can’t undestand why having a foreigner usurping the WH represents an emergency, which necessitates a hearing???

MS Reponse by Dem party to request for evidentiary hearing
Dem party of MS filed an opposition today, claiming that having a foreigner in the White House is not an emergency, no emergency hearing is needed.
They also claim that hauling the registrar from HI, Alvin Onaka represents an incessant harassment by me of poor Onaka. The fact that Onaka is complicit is releasing a forgery, does not represent a problem in their eyes

why does any crime necessitate a hearing? It is only the BIGGEST FRAUD in history that has been played on the U.AS. Constitution- The BIGGEST SCAM in history is not worth a second look? 535 members of Congress took an oath before God to defend our constitution & 530 have lied not only to America but to God- Our country will NEVER be the same after this HORRENDEOUS Obama HOAX-

If they are admitting that Obama is a foreigner, isn’t that revealing that they actually know he’s (not) a citizen born here?
Even when they know and show that he’s not legal, they have the guts to file a legal doc, to get away with this? How far out can they get???

I have been reading classified woman by sybil edmunds. I admire her and i am sickened by our lousy, disshonest, criminal fed govt. If a citizen thinks our govt is corrupt and you want people in power who are honest, moral and follow the Const then you are considered a radical and even a terrorist. Power mad control freaks

Since when is the personal comfort of one engaged in criminal conduct a legitimate basis of a bait and switch? The defense turns the argument over to the feelings of the criminal co-conspirator, dropping the criminal actions altogether. By the defenses’ stating of what they see as right suggests who they are: criminally complicit themselves.
Said mathematically in proportion to the prosecution, if the defense was right AT ALL, it might be a ratio of 1 right to 10,000,000 wrong.
Spoken in real time, a burglar running from a crime is intercepted by an arresting officer and calls for prosecution of the officer for abuse to them and their civil rights, in conducting the arrest.
PT Barnum said, “the public likes to be hum-bugged but they are a lot smarter than you think.”*
Said in brutal regime terms, they are stealing the basis of life–food–from the people.

Dr. Orly Taitz Esq., they are scared to death to give your evidence any kind of hearing, because it is all so true and unrefuted in any way and every way.
If you had false and/or inaccurate evidence the courts would given you an open hearing/trial before national TV camera so fast it would make your head swim, so they could get rid of you once and for all.
They have to resorts to calling all of us names, since they have no way to legally defend against all your evidence and witnesses.
Their greatest legal defense so far has been the idiotic “NO STANDING FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS” defense, which EX MARINE, Judge Carter hid so cowardly behind, after promising you a fair and open hearing/trial.
Just some more food/facts for thought.

Leslie, in U.S.A.F. basic training one of my instructors said matter-of-factly it was “my” (meaning his) Air Force and no one would infringe on his property or break his rules.
In other words, the t.i. implied without saying, he proxied property and represented the laws of the government, and would enforce them personally. He insinuated that we would one day be like our instructor, holding the same expectations over laws and property of the government.
It was an ideal, mostly not lived out. Some did live it–they were a pleasure to work with.
