What a huzpah, Obama/Pelosi/Soros machine are now hounding the only Federal Judge, US district judge for the Eastern district of LA, Judge Martin Feldman, claiming that he had to recuse himself from issuing a ban on Obama moratorium on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, because Judge Feldman has investments in US oil industry. Conveniently they do not mention that Obama’s Harvard education was paid by the Royal family of Saudi Arabia, which benefits from the moratorium on drilling in US, that Obama’s donor and benefactor George Soros will benefit from the moratorium, as he invested billions in Brasil deep water drilling, and lastly, my favorite, Obama’s buddy Communist dictator of Venezuela Hugo Chavez will benefit from the the moratorium,as he drills full speed, and while his protege, Venezuelan Anthony Mujica, owns intellectual rights to Sequoia software, which runs our ballot counting machines, which put Obama in the White House in the first place. Now Obama regime is trying to inluence 5th circuit Court of Appeals, announcing on all the networks that Judge Feldman had to recuse himself because he has stocks in oil drilling companies.

When I suggested to judge Land that he needs to recuse himself, particularly in light of the affidavit, placing Eric Holder in the coffee shop across the courthouse on the day of my hearing, and Lnad’s holdings, Judge Land not only didn’t recuse himself, he sanctioned me $20,000 , saying my actions were frivolous. Should Judge Feldman sanction Obama/ Holder department of Justice for frivolous actions and trying to prejudice the Court of Appeals?

    Why should anyone believe that Eric Holder was in some Georgia coffee house when there are dozens of photos,video coverage, news reports and countless witnesses who saw Holder in San Pedro? How was Holder able to be in two places at one time? Until you can explain that — and back it up with facts, your affidavit is worthless. Just because someone THINKS he sees someone who looks like Holder doesn’t make it so.

    Dear Dr. Orly-If they are giving Judge Feldman grief re: his investments, wouldn’t he be able to ask them (applicable persons,entities) a list of their investments. This looks like a half a story to me, and what about candidates in office, I thought they divested when they were about to assume office lest there be an appearance of impropriety? What about the appearance of pressuring a Judge to rule a “certain” way? It appeared to me that Judge Feldman ruled according to the law, as opposed to laws that Obama makes up in his head on any given day.

    Sorry, but Eric Holder was in San Predo on July 16, 2009. You can contact Becky Clark, Chair of the Board of the Support for Harbor Area Women’s Lives (SHAWL). She is the individual who introduced Eric Holder at the event that day. I’m sure she remembers it because he announced, in front of a large crowd, a $500,000 grant. Eric also visited Nickerson Gardens housing development in Watts that same day — July 16, 2009. Both events were covered in newspapers and local television stations. You can contact Janice Hahn, Councilwoman of the 15th District of the City of Los Angeles, as she was one of the people at the Watts event. LAPD Chief Bratton and LA Mayor Villaraigosa met with Holder as well. These folks make better witnesses than Robert D. Douglas who described the man he saw as “not large of stature.” At 6’3″ tall, Holder is in fact very large of stature. I wonder if you are brave enough to post this.
