Notice to appear as a witness
Hon. Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Sheriff of Maricopa county, Arizona is hereby noticed to appear as a witnessed at the hearing Orly Taitz v Democratic Party of Mississippi, Secretary of State of Mississippi.
Hearing will be conducted at the Hinds County Circuit Court, 316 S. President str. Jackson, Mississippi, 39201 on April 16, 2012, 9 am, in front of the special judge R. Kenneth Coleman appointed by the chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the state of Mississippi to hear the aforementioned case.
You are to provide testimony and any and all evidence related to investigation of elections fraud and forgery of the long form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, forgery of the Selective Service Certificate of Barack Hussein Obama and foreign national status of Barack Hussein Obama.

Orly…did sheriff Arpaio agree to testify in court or is this a subpoena?…If it is a subpoena can he ignore it like Obama did in Georgia?

Of course Sheriff Arpaio will come. He stated that this was the biggest media blackout in American history and he is right. The DOJ Obama water-carriers are co-conspiritors in this treason against the American people and the Sheriff has evidence that needs to be put forth in a Court of Law.

Joe is saying some truth, though, with his last statement: …does he have to talk with Russia, to get the word out???
And it appears that Orly is trusting the 2 law enforcement men, to do the right thing! We should all be prepared for the “worst case scenario,” if that comes someday! What is that?
It is either: the confiscation of our weapons, first? Or the beginning of real Martial Law? But they’re going to have a real tough time ramming that down anyone’s throat, as long as we have our weapons!!
And…the military Obama may try to use to accomplish M.L., would be the “UN” military! Not the US Military, especially the Patriotic ones! So we need to begin to make headway into the in-roads of local law enforcement, local national guard, and other US Military, who are Patriots!

The way I see it ,if he doesn’t show up the Holder crew got to him. He would be just going through the motions of doing what the TEA party people asked him to do.That way he can say that he did all he could do and the law agencys (DOJ,Congress)failed to follow through.He would be justified for taking the donations he got and would look good tho the voting base at election time.Time will tell.
Can’t wait to see the results of the “request” for the documents from the selective service dept. I bet lawrence will just ignore the request and nothing will come of it.

I spoke with Orly Tiatz the other day and my previous post was incorrect; Sheriff Joe turned her request down. I’ve been posting regularly on his facebook page that getting his evidence in front of a Judge is the ONLY way his evidence is going to do any good. I urge anyone who reads this to get it on your Facebook page, Sheriff Joe’s FB Page, the Cold Case Posse’s FB page and everyone else you can emil it to who will do the same. We only have 17 days to convince Sheriff Joe that it is the right thing to do.
