I received the actual ruling by the 3 judge panel. Apparently the suspension of Philip Berg will start after the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania signs the ruling of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of PA. The ruling shows that there were three prior disciplinary actions against Berg. See the actual ruling in the link. All of this is public domain. Anyone can pay $8.50 and get the actual ruling. The transcript was more expensive. I had to pay $700 for he transcript

    Orly: is this normal for a 3-judge panel to take (any) time to sign this order? Is there any time frame for when they will do this? All of these people should pay dearly for what they’re doing to you and to America!

    And Berg has (3) other episodes of stepping out of line?? Well, they should sign that order, ASAP!
