    Why are you sending these subpoenas out under Hinds County Court? I thought you did not get pro hac vice there, so can you still issue subpoenas without the Clerk signing off on them?

    I’m confused.

    you do not understand a difference between a notice of deposition and a subpoena. I can notice a party without a signature of a judge

    What about Judge Carter’s law clerk? Are you going to depose him as well? Are you going to pay him to fly out ?

    Are you going to pay the Clinton’s for their time as well?
