My case is still pending in the Supreme Court of MS since April 19th. Dem Party tried to use AG of MS Democrat Jim Hood to pull a fast one and usurp the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the state. Bad idea!

Dr. Taitz can you explain to us – now that it’s not going to be removed to federal court, will you still pursue the RICO action?

defendants can remove a case from a circuit court to the federal court in some instances, however plaintiffs can file an opposition.
In this case it was not in the circuit court. The case is in the Supreme Court. There is no rule allowing the case to be just removed to the federal court when it is awaiting adjudication in the Supreme Court of the state.
    This is just outrageous.
