Dr. Joe Heck Endorsed By Governor Mitt RomneyHenderson, NV- Today, Dr. Joe Heck issued the following statement after learning of Governor Mitt Romney’s endorsement:

 
“It was a pleasure to get to know Governor Romney during his presidential campaign: I was honored to support him in 2008 and am proud to have his support in this race. Governor Romney’s support comes at a time when our campaign continues to gain momentum both in Nevada and nationally,” said Heck.
 
“The Governor is a friend of Southern Nevada and the 2008 Presidential campaign showed his ability to connect with Nevada voters using a message of common sense conservative solutions,” continued Heck.  “I am honored to have the support of such an influential member of the Republican Party, and one of our country’s top business leaders.”
 
“America needs more input and involvement from people who sign not only the back of the check, but those who sign the front.  Governor Romney knows that my experience as a small business owner, emergency medicine physician and proud service in the Army will give Washington DC a shot of reality, help stabilize this economy and get Nevadans back to work,” concluded Heck.
