Hmmm, it is interesting that they used the term “vexatious requester” That is not a common term. However, it is EXACTLY the term used by the State of Hawaii and Fukino in trying to pass a law that would punish people who make more than one request for information regarding Obamas BC ( the reason they usually have to make more than one request is Fukino and Okubo don’t fully answer the original questions posed to them ).

So, is the Social Security Admin taking their directions from the State of Hawaii or is the Obama Admin directing the Social Security Admin and the State of Hawaii in how to respond to requests ?
