Mr. President, while Democrats are calling on the US military not to follow unlawful orders, I would like to provide you important information. what happened with a call not to follow illegal orders during Obama administration. I am an attorney, admitted to argue in front of the Supreme Court. I was present during the military trial, court-martial of a flight surgeon, LT Col Terry Lakin in Ft. Meade MD. Lakin stated that he wants discovery and verification of Obama’s eligibility to be president before his deployment to Afghanistan based on overwhelming evidence of Obama using a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs. Lakin stated that he does not was to follow illegal orders and wants to be sure that Obama is a lawful president with lawful, not fabricated IDs. I did not represent him, a military attorney represented him, but I was in the audience, sitting behind him. The military judge refused to hear any evidence regarding Obama’s bogus IDs and Obama’s own disclosure on WhiteHouse.gov of his use of a Connecticut social security number xxx-xx- 4425, even though Obama was never a resident of CT, this number was traced to another deceased individual, born in 1890, and the number failed SSNVS and E-Verify when checked with Obama’s name. Before the trial the judge, Denise R. Lind, ruled that none of this will be mentioned at trial as it is “irrelevant”. This heroic combat doctor got a prison term of 6 months in Fort Leavenworth and lost all of his military pension, simply because the judge refused to hear any evidence.
In another case, where I represented Major Stephan Cook in USDC in Georgia, the US military simply rescinded his orders to deploy to Afghanistan in order not to have a discovery, so we won the case, but Obama’s use of bogus IDs was not adjudicated in the court of law.
Mr. President. It is time for you to undo the wrong, to pardon and to expunge this verdict in Lakin’s case and reinstate Lt. Col. Lakin’s pension, particularly since he is a father of 3. It is time for the DOJ to investigate and file criminal charges against Obama for his use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number and fabricated IDs. It is time to investigate the military judge Denise R. Lind, who presided at Terry Lakin’s military trial, as well as a number of others who were complicit in this cover up.

    Thank You Dr. Taitz! This is so important to our country. The actions of Lind is treason to all Veterans and Citizens. A great place to start to restore order.

    Trump is too dumb to understand but these are totally different situations. Lakin was challenging the orders of his superior officer. The legitimacy of the commander in chief is irrelevant and in any event cannot be challenged after inauguration

    Lt. Col. Lakin definitely needs his pension issued back to him, though 🙁

    You and other patriots, whom the past and present wrongs in this country still bother, must keep reminding President Trump about them. I did it in my letter to President Trump too:

    Unfortunately, judging by his inaction, he maintains the same tendency of not touching the crimes too big to ever be acknowledged (never mind prosecuted).

    that is a total nonsense. Trump is not dumb, he is very smart and Obama’s legitimacy and his bogus IDs can be challenged

    No-one seriously claims that Trump is well-informed. But the point here is that the otherwise lawful orders from a supervisory officer can be challenged on the basis of the legitimacy of the inaugurated commander-in-chief. Even Alito in full MAGA mode would agree.

    But this says that it is acceptable to refuse unlawful orders. If that’s the case then the six Democratic senators did nothing wrong by stating an obvious fact.

    Many of these commenters are ruminating and not referring to main issues of your letter, Dr. Taitz. Most know intelligent persons know that some issues must be dealt with in correct order. Countless issues are handled, not everything is revealed to the chattering public, but I do have faith that the necessary silent investigations are taking place. Naturally, everything cannot be revealed until secure.

    It’s all a Process that takes longer than we know. One thing’s for sure though, once the Supreme Law of the Land has finalized their finding’s, All Hell with brake loose with the Evidence. Until then we must keep forging on with this fight. No time to breathe. It’s Vital for the next generation that we do so. Our Children Need Us Like They Don’t Even Know How Much! One Day they will see that a Miracle was happening Right Under Their Noses! Amen

    Meg, I hate to say it, but, you won’t hear anything from the military as they have failed their oath of duty. The oath of duty for enlisted and for officers is different in that the Officer’s oath of duty is only bound to the constitution and nothing else! If the military ever acknowledge their officers failed in that duty it means every single officer since the day they allowed the Kenyan impostor in the WH is a traitor to this country! Remember what judges are always preaching to the pleb? Ignorance of the law is no excuse! That’s the problem when we allow the media and politicians to dictate the narrative and do nothing! I have said it a trillion times and will keep saying it until the lord calls me, until one of the corrupt in D.C. gets charged with treason and executed, it will be business as usual in D.C.
