   I will say this Dr.Taitz, it DOES NOT take 18 calendar days to get SSA to provide anybody with the information(s) that you have requested numerous times. This surely IS another Kenyan Obama strategy to delay and provide himself more time to do his intimidations, death threats etc… in order for an agency to COVER-UP his CRIMINAL ACTIONS!!! Give that attorney until the END OF THIS MONTH… which IS more than enough! Show them CLOWNS that YOU TOO have waited for too long already and that YOU MEAN BUSINESS…LET THEM SWEAT THE BULLETS!!!

    I was able to read the letter in this posting and am somewhat astonished at the apparent(?) cordiality and seeming willingness(?) to cooperate with Dr. Taitz and with Judge Hollanders’ recent memorandum opinion.

    Time will tell . . .

    The caveat being that if obama’s attorneys get wind of this cooperation, and understand the significance of query, the standard delays, obfuscation and challenges will quickly emerge.

    Dear Dr. Taitz:

    AUSA Norman is retiring and this matter has been assigned to me for further

    handling. I have reviewed the file and Judge Hollander’s recent memorandum Opinion. I

    have also contacted the SSA and have asked them to prepare an affidavit to address the

    concerns raised in the Court’s opinion, concerns that you also raised in your Second

    Amended Complaint.

    If you can accord me the courtesy of an agreed-to date for a response of February

    7, I would be appreciative. Candidly, I have not calculated when the response would

    ordinarily be due under the rules and had hoped that we could simply set a date. It may

    be that application of the Rules would yield a date later than February 7. I am cautiously

    optimistic however that I can meet a February 7 deadline. If it looks as though I cannot, I

    will advise you and ask your leave for additional time.

    I will of course agree to extend deadlines for you in return, should you also need

    additional time. Thank you for your consideration of this request.

    Mark Levin and Michael Savage are outright saying Barry Soetorah is being a tyrant dictator. Their rantings and raving every night don’t help matters unless they give their audience the truth.

    We need to call their shows and bug them about stating the 8 ONGOING court cases by Orly.

    NOT DISMISSED BUT ONGOING.

    THEY NEED TO NAME EVERYONE AND GIVE A STATUS UPDATE EVERYDAY.

    OTHER THAN THAT ..THEY ARE JUST FLAPPING IN THE WIND.

    Today they mentioned that Barry is just making orders and no one stopping him..

    Well if you inform people of what the FACTS are then maybe people can RISE UP…

    Granted it was requested with grace, the bigger point is, “too damn bad.” Produce the information and do it now.

    The obots have had excuse after excuse with no accountability.

    It’s time someone with your current posture and position, should be heavy handed, since nobody else seems to have the integrity and honor to do so!

    There are many of us out here counting on you and your tremendous work!

    It is not clear to me why they always need ever more and more and more time. This seems to me merely another delaying tactic. His claim that he wrote to you before ascertaining the actual dead-line according to current rules seems suspect. Why did he not first check to determine the actual dead-line before asking for yet MORE time?

    Since he says that he can likely meet the current dead line according to the rules, in view of the fact that they have already done so much stalling, stone-walling and evasion, I would be inclined to stick with it for the present time.

    For Orly. File motion to demand immediate response. How long does it take to provide information from a data base. Tell the attorney to just admit O has no credentials. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Every one knows O is a criminal. Why do we have so many people in Congress and the Judiciary willing to commit treason against America. We have Boenher stating I think O is an honest guy and I believe him. Then there is O’reily, he saying the news paper says he was born in Hawaii, he must be a citizen. Then you have Judith Corely of Coie law firm hand carrying a forged BC from Hawaii committing fraud. Where does it end? Our hero’s Rand Paul, Michelle Backman refusing to say anything. How about our candidate Mitt Romney afraid to speak the truth. Nuff said

    Dr.Orly, your response letter is very well stated and to the point, which should make him think about himself being complicit if he stays on to represent Wiggins. As far as his letter to you requesting more time is bull crap. He’s already telling you that he thinks the additional time will be enough, however, if it is not he’ll request more time????? I take it that he’s telling you to go to hell.

    That’s, why I very much like your suggestion for him to get off the case or in the future he might need a lawyer to defend him. That might sink into his head.

    Mrs. Taitz, The Previous Attorney MUST have Had Some Sort of File Put Together… If This NEW Attorney CAN NOT Read a File In ONE DAY, Then He Needs To QUIT The Lawyer Business!!!
    SSA, needs to hand over the SS-5 Application and FESS UP TO THEIR CRIMES!!! ALL OF THEM NEED TO MEET THE PIPER. Damn Them All to Hell.

    At some point, Barak Obama should just do a plea bargain to offer to resign if We the People will agree to not prosecute him for fraud and high crimes and misdemeanors. But, those knowingly covering up his crimes should be prosecuted.
