Orly, Here is my open letter to Speaker of the House Mr. John Boehner, sent to him and to The Post & Email. I’m looking forward to his response. Hopefully? Wait and see. Boris Nudelman,

A brilliant letter. I especially like the part where it is exposed that BHO sr. was from Kenya and that Stanley Ann Dunham was too young to imparte citizenship on the Usurper, even if he was born in Hawayii.
When will the politicians get it? I just don’t know why they don’t see what is obvious. I guess “obvious” and “oblivious” are related when you are a Republican politician.
The conspiracy of silence and disrespect for your Constitushun continues.

Although we’d all love for congress to start hearings on this matter, I believe the best resolution will be if Orly is successful in the U.S. court system. It will then be interpreted as a legal victory rather than a political victory. And based on what the courts determine, congress can act appropriately, Personally, I don’t blame GOP leadership for biding its time and watching the case unfold. Sooner or later the proverbial smoking gun will appear or the preponderance of evidence will be so great that at least two-thirds of the American people will demand they take action. What I do object to is the snotty language members of Congress use when addressing birther questions. If the outcome proves Obama ineligible or criminal, they will look like idiots so they should think about that. Speaker Boehner won my respect when he was getting beat up on this topic by the likes of Dick Gregory and he repeatedly said “It’s not my job to tell the American people what to think.” He’s right, we can make up our own minds and we have.

Liz, we already have the smoking gun, we have all the evidence, we need. we don’t have the judges with guts and other necessary parts

Orly, believe me, I know what the evidence is–thanks to people like you, Susan Daniels, Jack Cashill, and others. But I also talk daily with liberals and independents who refuse to see the evidence. Our smoking guns are not enough to convince them. If Hawaii or the Social Security Administration is forced to admit they do not have the documents they are supposed to have, that will force the truth to be acknowledged everywhere. So please keep fighting because I believe you will eventually prevail.
