For IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
IN THEIR PERPETUATION OF ON-GOING NATIONAL VOTER FRAUD IN THOSE STATES MAINTING A VOTER REGISTRATION DATABASE USING THE MOTOR VOTER PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL LAW, CALIFORNIA Attorney General Jerry Brown and Secretary of State Debra Bowen have stated that they are not responsible for enforcement of election laws in a recent legal pleading. A hearing is scheduled October 22 in the Federal District Court in Sacramento to determine if a Three Judge Panel shall determine if Brown, Bowen and Orange County Registrar Neal Kelley broke the CODE/law by not enforcing California and Federal election CODE/laws. The lawsuit is Pamela Barnett v. Damon Dunn, Brown, Bowen, Kelley and the Election Assistance Commission.
The lawsuit is a result of Brown, Bowen, and Kelley failing to act on information that Damon Dunn, GOP candidate for Secretary of State , has/had an improperly executed voter registration AFFIDAVIT, and therefore was not eligible to vote in the June 8 primary and also is not eligible to be on the ballot for Secretary of State.
The State Defendants have admitted to not following current election CODE/laws in their legal briefs. They say that they instead were follow OUTDATED administrative code enacted AUGUST 18, 1978 for use prior to the NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION ACT (NVRA) enactment of 1993 THAT REQUIRES ANY STATE THAT MAINTAINS A VOTER REGISTATION DATABASE COMPLY WITH FEDERAL RULES; and that the outdated provisions should have been approved by the Department of Justice but were not IN VIOLATION OF THE VOTING RIGHTS ACT OF 1965 THAT INCLUDES NVRA.
The plaintiff, Pamela Barnett, a registered Republican, hopes to get a Declaratory Judgment from a 3 Judge Panel that affirms the state Defendants broke the CODE AND FEDERAL LAW in the matter regarding Damon Dunn. Barnett charges in her lawsuit that not following election law and other California election mandates is a pattern of behavior by Brown and Bowen. This ruling on the law is required for the court to determine all of the other allegations by the plaintiff.
Many of the filed legal briefs are available for free at Scribd.com by searching Barnett, Dunn, Brown, Bowen, Kelley, EAC or through the Federal Pacer system for a fee.

People making up their own Laws & Regulations seem to be the Norm rather than the exception…Thank u Orly! Not for u, I would never have known of the absolute unadulterated filth in our Political System…From here on, I will pay closer attention to what our “Supposed” enemies r saying…I know longer believe in the Infallability of the Federal Government…I will never ever listen to the Mainstream media before making a decision.
