Why is a Supreme Court Justice in Hawaii now ?
My question is why is he there ? As a Supreme Court Justice, it seems that Alito has all the power, with the blessing of Chief Justice, to investigate anything by issuing warrants, subpoenas and court orders that can not be appealed by any lawyer or government official. Does the fact that the new Governor said that he could not find Obama’s birth certificate bring this on ? What do you think ? Time will tell ?

No, he is not. He is there as the jurist-in- residence at the University of Hawaii’s School of Law, giving a speech to the law school tomorrow.

If people realized that what they wish for others often returns upon themselves, they would learn to be far more careful.

That is what has made America great, as opposed to countries that kill those who disagree or hang people in the street, to terrorize others into silence, like the Nazis.

Right. Supreme Court justices are private invstigators and secretly subpoena records, issue warrants, and look into whatever they want.
