Notice to appear as a witness
Investigator Mike Zullo, of “cold case posse”, Sheriff’s Department Maricopa county, Arizona is hereby noticed to appear as a witnessed at the hearing Orly Taitz v Democratic Party of Mississippi, Secretary of State of Mississippi.
Hearing will be conducted at the Hinds County Circuit Court, 316 S. President str. Jackson, Mississippi, 39201 on April 16, 2012, 9 am, in front of the special judge R. Kenneth Coleman appointed by the chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the state of Mississippi to hear the aforementioned case.
You are to provide testimony and any and all evidence related to investigation of elections fraud and forgery of the long form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, forgery of the Selective Service Certificate of Barack Hussein Obama and foreign national status of Barack Hussein Obama.

Does this notice carry any legal force? If not, I doubt they will trouble themselves to be there.

It could go either way–???? But when these people did all their traipsing around, and came up with the same info that Orly did, I guess they don’t want to be in court to “duplicate” their answers with (“who!”) actually came up with the real story!
I’d like to see Joes’ Web Site, if he has the guts to operate one?? And find out the depth of work they did. And why they don’t want to give testimony in court about all their “work?”

If the media had covered Joes press conference there would be no need for the book. No one would buy the book if it was free in the papersor on TV.

Before the press conference, I was one of the few who said Arpaio was a man of honor and would do what was right, pertaining to the investigation and the distribution of the Cold Case Posse’s findings.
He did just that, much to the shock of almost everyone who is in the know about this issue! And I believe he will do the same again by testifying , along with Zullo, on April 16th.
Please give these men the respect they deserve for their courage, along with Dr. Taitz. Maybe through civil encouragement and cool heads, these Titans of strength can form a partnership to bring down the Usurper in Chief.
