In Hawaii, around 1966, Stanley Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian national. Soetoro returned to his country. About a year later, Dunham and her six-year old son left Hawaii to live in Indonesia.
Sometime in 1967, Lolo Soetoro adopted the child, whose name became Barry Soetoro, a naturalized citizen of Indonesia. In January, 1968, he was enrolled in a grade school. The school record shows his name, his nationality and his father’s name.
From the Soetoro Divorce, 1980, Page 1:
” The parties have 1 children below age 18 and 1 children above 18 but still dependent on the parties for education.”
On Page 5, Part III, Stanley Ann Soetoro indicates: “oldest child in university”
Also in Part III, Mrs. Soetoro says of the minor child: “child has resided with mother since date of informal separation (1974), both mother and child are U.S. citizens while father is an Indonesian citizen”
Stanley Ann Soetoro signed the form on June 15, 1980.
The divorce was filed August 20, 1980, but the date on the last page appears to be November 5, 1980.
Occidental College says Obama attended from fall 1979 through spring 1981, which is one year the before the divorce.
Attorney Phillip Berg has confirmed that Obama did not have a U.S. passport until he received one as a U.S. Senator. So Obama entered the country as Barry Soetoro in 1979. He might have applied for aid using that name. Or he could have have used Barry Soetoro, and then changed to Barack Obama after the divorce in in 1980.
Stanley Ann Soetoro sent Obama back to Hawaii in 1972. Of course, he was Indonesian. His mother could have entered him back into the school system as Barack Obama. His mother or grandmother could have filed an affidavit and obtained a COLD showing American citizenship. But under any name, he would still be Indonesian.
I am not an attorney, but these public documents could be used to establish reasonable doubt and genuine controversy regarding his citizenship. If so, the Occidental records could be obtained, which could lead to more records.
If the divorce was effective on November 5, 1980, the only way he is not a naturalized citizen of Indonesia is if he renounced that citizenship when he was eighteen or older. He was eighteen on August 4, 1971, and he attended Occidental from Fall 1979 through Spring 1981.
Assuming he did renounce his citizenship, he would have had to apply for US citizenship. If Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, did become an American citizen, he became a naturalized American citizen which precludes him from eligibility under Article 2, Section 1, United States Constitution. There has been no proof presented that he is even a naturalized American citizen.

Obama returned to Hawaii in August 1969 for an interview with the Punahou School (ref: Punahou School). It is surmised that he returned ALONE on an Indonesian passport as Barry Soetoro.
When he was accepted by Punahou — we believe as a FOREIGN student on a scholarship — the paperwork was sent back to Ann Dunham Soetoro in Indonesia to complete the S-2 visa for Obama on his Indonesian passport. Ann already knew that Barry Soetoro would NOT have to return for a face-to-face interview because it is seldom done for students under the age of 13 — and Obama was 10 at the time.
We don’t have proof — but we believe the Obama retained this Indonesian passport and renewed it as Barry Soetoro in 1975 — and every five years until 1990. After 1995, under Indonesian law if you do not renew your passport while out of the country, you automatically lose your citizenship.
We also hold that Obama had a legal name change in Dec 1970 when his mother returned from Indonesia and Obama Sr. came back from Kenya. We believe a legal name change came about at that time and is reflected on the long-form birth certificate as a pen-and-ink change after the name change was court approved. Because of his age, he may or may not have had a SSN as he traveled to Indonesia on his mother’s passport.

Have an important error to fix.

He was born in 1961 so he is 18 in 1979 not 1971.

Question that I have posted elsewhere. Why would Barack Obama sign up for the Selective service in 1980? When his Kenyan citizenship expired in 1982, two years later? and one year after his trip to Pakistan [on what passport]. As a foreign exchange student, Obama was NOT required to sign up, nor at this time, was using his legal name – Barry Obama aka Barry Soetoro. We do have the divorce papers from that time period, not the Obama/Durham divorce papers, but the Soetoro/Durham divorce papers [just clarifing to keep the Obot’s from trying to confuse the issue]

Does Soetoro/Obama want to drive? Maybe qualify to go onboard Air Force One?

Note that our contention is that Obama was leading TWO distinct lives that NEVER interfaced. Barry Soetoro as an Indonesian was to game the school tuition system, while Barack Obama was a US citizen. He had to file with the Selective Service as a US citizen.
Both the Obama/Dunham and Soetoro/Dunham divorce papers are out and published. (On my site)

If the first comment above is correct, then Barry Soetoro did change his name to Barack Obama. If that happened, then we can’t say that he campaigned under a false identity. However, he is still concealing the facts and doesn’t want the American public to know any of his background. Additionally, it would prove that he lied on his law application when he answered “no” to the question asking if he had ever been known by any other names. Clearly, the answer to that question should have been “yes.”

The Soetoro divorce papers say that the parties have 1 child over 18 years old and 1 child under 18. The child over 18 is Obama, so since he was considered the child of the couple, doesn’t that mean that Lolo Soetoro did indeed adopt Obama?
I know that when strangers adopt a baby, an amended birth certificate is created, what I do not know is if an amended birth certificate is issued when a step parent adopts a step child. Could that be what Obama is hiding? That all he has is his amended birth certificate that lists his father as Lolo Soetoro, which lends credibility to the school record that has him registered as Barry Soetoro, Citizenship-Indonesian, Religion Islam, signed by L. Soetoro.
If that were known and confirmed, the natural born citizen question would be replaced by the question of if he is a citizen at all….. and just what is his real legal name!
