I left the courtroom on September 8th absolutely convinved that Carter was going to allow you discovery and go all the way to trial on 1/26/10 as he announced that day. Everyone I encountered after the hearing felt the same way. Although I was not there in October, everything I read that Carter wrote, that you and others wrote make it clear as day that something happened to alter his perspective. I will send you separately via email something I had written up about the hearing on Sept 8th called “The Real Trial of the Century That Did Not Happen.”

    Dearest Dr. Taitz Esquire,
I pray this finds you and yours in good health and in good spirits.

Yes there was a big different in the Honorable Judge Carter composure, and a big different in what was said.

At the end of the first hearing the Honorable Judge Carter was asking all the attorneys something to the effect (we all want to get to the bottom of whether or not obama is qualified, to settle any public concerns. Don’t we?)

The second hearing, the Honorable Judge Carter seems a little upset. He was giving an allegory. (If parents were serving their country overseas and had a child, he didn’t feel the U.S. Constitution should stand in the way of the child becoming a U.S citizen and able to become a U.S. president.)

These two hearings were quite awhile back, so this is to the best of my memory. But one thing that stands out about the second hearing was the Honorable Judge Carter belittling the United States Constitution!! I could not believe what I was hearing!!

    I hope this helps,

    You’re Friend

I don’t know if its relevent to your inquiry, but another Judge Carter disappeared in suspicious cirumstances some times ago. You can read about it here: https://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,166191,00.html Like the judge that ruled against you in central district California, other Judge Carter was known corrupt politician deeply tied in with New York power elite. I think maybe there’s connection, or other Judge Carter secretly came out of hiding to abuse you.
