Dear sir/mdm,
I am seeking to file an election/ballot challenge for 2012 election. I am not an attorney, I possess limited funds and I was not able to find an in-state attorney to assist me with presenting the challenge in question. I am respectfully requesting a consent from Honorable Secretary of State —–allowing an out of state attorney to draft and submit aforementioned election/ballot challenge on my behalf.
Sincerely,

Orly, I went with the Help Americans Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) signed by President Bush.
It has a complaint section included, so it was pretty easy. I believe it was section 402 of the HAVA act. Hope it helps.

Could someone challenge the Health Care law on the bases the signature on it is not the legal name of the person that signed it. That fact was interred into the court record in Ga.
The Catholic Church might want to do that.
