    Hi Dr. Taitz:

    I have been having people ask what is the status

    of your case with Judge Carter: Dismissal, discovery

    and the hearing in january 26th, 2010? I wrote a

    letter to the judge asking that he continue and go

    forward but I have not hear anything from him.

    And to those who keep raising the wrong court issue re Orly Taitz, her Keyes case is NOT in the wrong court since her case is Keyes for damages in tort for fraud against Candidate (not ‘President’) Obama, and is not premised on quo warranto — and insofar as tort claim in fed ct, there is pendant jurisdiction.

    Orly and Judge Carter must know this; and Team Obama must know this as well (hence the rush to weaken USA as quickly as possible before things come tumbling down on their heads).

    Here’s the possible story on Judge Carter.
    judges in states have a “principal’judge …that is; a judge in charge of the court managment functions.

    Judge Carter is paid by the FEDS and ALL equipment/facilities, training etc are paid for by the FEDS. It is entirely possible that the USURPER has used the court’s funding to insert his MAFIA into the court system.
    If the FEDS shut off the funding of Judge Carter’s court then what? Is the judge still a judge and can WE THE PEOPLE withold taxes from the income tax and pay those taxes to Judge Carters court.
    We need a strategy that will GUARANTEE that a JUdge will have the LEGAL right to carry this case forward as shown in the trial schedule.

    It is my VIEW that the USURPER is pushing the FOREIGNER onto judge Carter…though I could be wrong in that view.

    A thought to ponder about the FOREIGN clerk in judge Carters court. Is the FOREIGNER there to learn the court, so that the USURPER can appoint another judge by reassigning Judge carter to somewhere…and could that somewhere be a future slot at SCOTUS?
    All kinds of chicanery can occur when the USURPER and DNC begin manipulating the FUNDING for our courts.

    If they used your image without your permission, you can sue them. As Im sure you know. Could use about 20k. As a former law Enforcment officer, I took an Oath, and it does not expire. I will do anything I can to help with this.. God Speed
