   John, who says that layers can be generated by a scanning process, please name the scanning hardware and supporting software that will produce a PDF document with layers. Please, tell us where we can obtain the software and equipment.

   that document was made “searchable”…layered…by running scan through ocr software…I think once you do something like that it makes it difficult to verify the validity of the scan

   Scans do not produce layers. The people saying this are either lying, ignorant or just blindly hopeful that they can protect Dear Leader. The document is most certainly fake and the layers are only one part of how we know this. The real concern is how anybody with even a perfunctory knowledge of Adobe imaging software could make such a BLATANT rookie mistake? It seems to me that this easily provable fake was released deliberately to create even more chaos. No serious forger worth his salt would have released this.

   I hope you people are praying regularly and stocking up on food, water and ammo. Hell is coming and Death with him. Obama is pure evil and dedicated to the destruction of this country and no amount of talk or voting or “procedure” will stop him.

   Dr. Taitz, Did Dr. Ron Polland contact you? I messaged and asked if he would submit an affidavit and he indicated yes.

   Also, Have you heard of Miki Booth? She posted her son’s BC, obtained last month from Hawaii Dept of Health. I can’t make out what is stamped above the state registrar’s signature on his BC, but on obama’s “BC” it states:
   “I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii State Department of Records”

   It looks like “or abstract” is not on her son’s BC, but like I said, It’s too blurry to read.

   Is the odd way in which 0bama requested and received his BC of any importance? If you request Hawaii BC by mail or in person, you have to fill out a form OHSM 135 (Rev. 9/13/05) and sign it. Obama did not, so is his even a legal document? Was it done this way to somehow limit liability?

    I just went to Google and searched for this string:

    obama birth “composed of layers”

    And Google brought up 3,070 results. By using the word ‘birth’, that allows Google to bring up both ‘birth certificate’ and ‘certificate of live birth’.

    When I changed ‘birth’ to ‘certificate’ (for the same reason) and search for this string, I got 3,230 results.

    Google does often seem to hide the anti-Obama stuff, but more times than not it is because the searcher does not know how to properly search Google. You’ll also get different results depending on whether you search Google’s news, the Web, blogs, or archives. Google does a different search for each of those four and more.

    The signature of the late Dr. David Sinclair was forged on the BO birth certificate. The widow had no clue. A son, Dr. Brian Sinclair, didn’t have a clue. Brian attended the same high school as Obama claimed he did but Brian didn’t know him. Meaning Obama never went to that high school and Obama wasn’t born thanks to Dr. David Sinclair.

    Orly when you scan a document with OCR (which means you want to scan say a magazine article etc and you want to be able to edit the text on your pc after is scanned) it happens sometimes that you end up with different layers, it does not mean the BC is fake or real tho. it’s a possibility that the layers are due to that.

    Orly; 🙁 We both know still that this thug from Chicago via hawaii and indonesia is hiding something. Something big. The college records – it’s not really about the grades – it’s about matriculation. Was he accepted as a FOREIGN student?? Did his mother iup his American citizenshp? Was he adopted by Soetoro? In any case of course, he is still NOT a natural born citizen since his father was a British subject, based on the accepted definition of natural born.

    OK, all that said, this question about the layers – today Fox on line had a story about some ‘expert’ who said the layers do not indicate it was altered, rather they are created during scanning. I say BULL SH*T. The ‘expert’ said the layers are due to the Optical Character Recognition software trying to determine alpha/numeric characters from the lines and signatures. Again, BULL SH*T.

    A scanner, in 99.999% of cases, is nothing more than a copy machine, except no paper is output. Instead the image is fed to and saved on a computer. Now ask yourself – obama supposedly sent his personal lawyer to Hawaii to pick up a ‘document’ – the birth certificate. If that’s true, and she brought the ‘document’ back to obama, then it was scanned for dispay on the web by the White House or their minions. In order to do that, they simply would put the document in the scanner, just like a copy machine, and the scanner would feed the image in the form of binary code, to the computer where it would be displayed. There would be only ONE layer – the image of the document.

    The ONLY reason anyone would use an OCR scanner for this application would be to categorize and store the document for easy retrieval in a huge database of documents. So perhaps Hawaii did that to the original BC?? In that case, they maybe would have given obama’s lawyer a CD then rather than a document??? And the CD would have the 11 layers from the OCR scan. Well, if that’s the case, they could have simply sent it electronically to the White House saving the time, effort and plane fare. It’s lke sending your secretary to Honolulu to retrieve your email. It’s just STUPID.

    So what I’m saying is it’s POSSIBLE to scan a document and get 11 or 12 layers – or more. BUT ONLY if you need to alphabetize the docs would u use OCR to scan. Almost all scans are simply COPIES of a document. If all u want is a copy of a document then u do not need any layers. If you scan a document for the web, you most certainly would not use an OCR scanner.

    I dont know if u can make sense of what I’ve written or if it’s worth pursuing but the plain fact is, if the White House scanned a document, there would be absolutely NO need for OCR or layers – unless they edited or altered the document.

    BEST WISHES. I am ashamed of this country. Ashamed. That fool Lawrence O’Donnell was screaming 6 years ago that Bush was corrupt – based on a FORGED document that Dan Rather and Mary Mapes created to frame GW Bush. There is no doubt in my mind that these corrupt democrats like o’donnell would not care if the obama doc was a fake. They would still put it out. Just as obama would. OK, I gotta go to bed,.

    Here’s where the LOGIC comes in. If you scroll down two posts to Mr. Denninger’s YouTube clip, he OBJECTIVELY PROVES that the Obama BC image is NOT a scan. Scanners CAN NOT generate full-saturation black text as is evident on the Obama file. This is not Mr. Denninger’s opinion. This is not Ann Barnhardt’s opinion. This is a fact, rooted in physics, namely Newtonian Optics.

    THEREFORE, any argument put forth by ANY person or group that is built on the premise that the Obama document is a scan, is an argument built upon a FALSE PREMISE, and therefore the logical truth table beneath that argument utterly, totally and completely collapses. Put in its simplest terms:

    The Obama BC file is not a scan.
    Therefore, scanning software could not have generated the layers.
    Q.E.D.

    Shame on NRO for publishing their piece to begin with, and mega-shame on them for not retracting it. Let the Constitutional chain of succession work, swear in Boehner as a placeholder, and make it clear to him that he will NOT be running for re-election, and reset EVERYTHING with the 2012 elections. THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY OUT. THIS IS THE BEST OPTION. Anything less than this, and I seriously doubt that this nation will survive to the end of this year, much less to November of 2012. We are teetering on the very brink of total economic collapse right this second as it is. It could blow LITERALLY at any time.

    I distinctly remember a teacher in grade school training us to be critical, objective thinkers. Not like the pablum our youth are being fed now.

    And Ms. Barnhard’s image of Zero devouring children’s hearts on the WH’s front stoop is right up their with my anology of “he can slaughter puppies on the WH lawn and the media would spin it as a good thing”.

    Hi Orly,

    I have been getting a crash course in PDF, OCR, Flate and DCT compression. I am by no means an expert on those technical topics even though I have been a graphic artist for the last 20 years. They are some fairly esoteric aspects of what I do. That said, I have been informed that the layers and the anomalies could be consistent with OCR scanning. And while the PDF may be unaltered that by no means the original document from which the PDF was generated is. There are some curious things about the causes for some layers to be created that can only be answered by those who are experts in the algorithms which determine what is and what is not separated into layers. I am still puzzled as to why the OCR algorithm did not pick up the last ‘1’ in the registration number or the first part of his mother’s name and the signature of the attendant. I cannot answer those questions. And I cannot extract the original from the pdf to look at it in photoshop. I think before moving forward with the long form it needs to be examined by people who understand OCR, Flate and DCT compression. I hope that helps. Wish I could offer something more detailed for an answer but I am still trying to get up to speed on this stuff.

    Perhaps this will return the discussion back to where it began in early 2008…with the question: How can a person born a British citizen be an Article 2 Section 1 ‘Natural Born’ American citizen?

    I think this is so important I am going to type in capitals — THE BIRTHTIME ON THE HAWAII DOCUMENT AND THE KENYAN CERTIFICATE ARE BOTH 7:25 PM AND THIS CANNOT BE A COINCIDENCE!

    The ONLY reasonable explanation is that the Hawaii authorities recorded their information from the Kenyan certificate way back in 1961! Lucas Smith could not have forged a certificate with this time because he had no way to know the exact time that Hawaii had on record when he released his document a year or two ago. And Obama just blew himself out of the water by releasing the genuine Hawaii record!

    THIS IS AN ADMISSION BY OBAMA THAT HE WAS BORN IN KENYA AND THE LUCAS SMITH KENYAN CERTIFICATE IS GENUINE! INCREDIBLE!

    If anyone can explain this any other way, speak up now!

    A scanner is just a copier. There is no layering. You could cut two pieces of paper in half and put half of each paper in the scanner and then scan it. But you can do the same thing with a regular copy machine. Whatever
    shows on the glass on a copy machine or the glass on a scanner is what gets printer.
    One of the layered copies lists an Alvin T Onaka PH.D State register and is dated 25 April.

    A statistician testifying as expert witness will constitute legal evidence that HI has (or had at one time) the Kenyan certificate and used it to generate a secondary HI certificate, and that the Kenyan BC is the genuine article. WOW!!!

    Terrence Brennan, I just checked the Certification of Live Birth released on FighttheSmears, FactCheck, etc. It also has the time, 7:24 pm. So, the time was released prior to Lucas Smith’s Kenyan copy.

    Slam dunk PROOF that long-from is a forgery. Identical characters have been copied and replicated to form the text. You don’t get identical results like this with a scan. I just doesn’t happen.
