   Hey Egbert, I just want to say, “Bless you heart!” Oh wait. I don’t know what part of the USA in which you reside, but in the south, when we come across someone who’s completely devoid of any substance worthy of our time, we say, “Bless you heart.”

Now I want to tell you thst if you don’t feel at peace about any invitation to the meetings like the “White Hat”, ICB etc, then please don’t go. Please be carerful.     These are a series of reports on all kinds of crimes being commited by the people in power, like Obama. Read and learn!

    Orly is basically saying she can’t confirm information in the reports.

    White hat means clean site promotion and site optimization techniques that website owners use in order to rank in Google, following its rules. They are the good boys.

    Black hat is the opposite. Website owners (usually coders) use dirty site promotion and shady site optimization techniques to game Google’s search engine in order to obtain top rankings. I’m a blackhatter myself. It is nothing illegal in the eyes of the law but your site could suffer in rankings when caught by Google.

    Essentially, anybody who has a site and web experience, at some point has used black hat technique to promote or optimize their site.
