Here is the letter to Lamberth.

Your Honor,

I reside in Treasure Island, Florida and have been an American citizen all my life.  I come to you with only one question.  Why am I ignored by our Federal Judiciary, including SCOTUS, while Barack Hussein Obama not only gets the attention he demands but also whatever help, via corruption or otherwise, he seeks?  He is not an American Citizen, and although he was elected our president, he failed to show any credentials which made him eligible for that high office – his very first disregard for our constitution.

I have never committed treason against our constitution, while the adversary to whom I refer not only continually violates this highly respected document, but he also shows no intention of protecting and upholding it as his oath of office requires.

Your Honor, This is not about a humble birth certificate nor is it an attempt to influence your decision in Taitz vs Obama.  It is about the criminal activity of our de facto president, being completely ignored by those in office who have sworn to protect the public.  He has committed fraud against the social security act, and he is guilty of identity theft.  Since he lied about not having another name, he is also guilty of elections fraud. 

There are so many other allegations, it would require a few hundred pages to lay them out for you.  Suffice to say Mr. Obama is not worthy of protection under this same constitution for which he shows no respect at all. 

Thank you kindly, sir.  I hope that a concerned member of the Federal Judiciary will finally see the criminal side of our president’s record – prior to and after election.  I also hope this letter provides enlightenment which is passed on to all those judges who have protected him, using any means within or outside procedural rules, against his treason and crimes.

    Beautiful Letter-No hostility, just a sincere U.S.Citizen asking a very well thought out question. I should say he deserves an answer to his humble request.
