Sheriff you do realize if it hadn’t been for Orly sticking her neck out in the very beginning when NObama reared his ugly head, that no Americans would be as informed as they are now about the illegitimate Barry /Obama…we owe Orly a lot for all she’s been through on behalf of this our nation that she loves.

.”…Unfortunately Arpaio chose not to testify in court under penalty of perjury, when I subpoenaed him in GA. He used his attorney to send me a letter, saying that it is burdensome for him to go to Georgia. He opted instead for a press conference, which promoted Joe Farah WND, Jerry Corsi and Floyd Brown (Western center for journalism), however the press conference is of limited value in courts, as it is not in court transcripts and not under penalty of perjury.

Please, contact Arpaio and urge him to cooperate, so there is some value to his conclusions. I need a sworn affidavit. I am the only licensed attorney, who is pursuing in court all of the evidence that he confirmed. There were some forty attorneys, who worked in this arena. 38 fell by the wayside, they did not have the strength of character, the courage to continue. At this time aside from myself there is only one other licensed attorney conducting eligibility cases: Van Irion, however he is scared to even touch any of the evidence of forgery and Social Security fraud. He filed 3 cases in different jurisdictions based only on definition of natural born. Those cases were filed against the Democrat party. It is my understanding that the Democrat party removed them from state courts to the Federal court, where Obama and federal government control the show. I believe all 3 of them will be joined and they can be easily dismissed, as they contain only theoretical interpretation of natural born and no hard facts, no evidence in relation to the birth certificate forgery.

So, after four years and some 40 attorneys trying I am the only licensed attorney leading the fight in courts in relation to all of the evidence of forgery and the Social Security fraud, which was confirmed by Arpaio. This is an extremely tough battle. So many fell. I really need your support to continue the fight and win. We have a strong case in MS, an upcoming strong case in IN, two cases in the District of Columbia and I am preparing a case for the Supreme court in GA. You’ve seen bloggers starting organizations like Birther Summit that collected funds and crushed and burned, Article2 Legal Defense funds and Article2Superpac that collected funds and got nowhere.

With me you see a proven leader, who led this fight for nearly four years. You know that when you donate to my work, I will not brake, I will not crash and burn. You know, I will continue the fight until I will find one honest judge, who will rule that the usurper Obama cannot be our President, who will find him guilty of elections fraud. I cannot win this fight alone.

    Orly: I think that having your supporters continue to pressure Sheriff Arpiao to cooperate with you is an excellent idea. Did you see that Rep. Stearns of Fl recently questioned the veracity of Obama’s birth certificate? Your supporters should contact Rep. Stearns and demand that he begin an investigation in Congress.

    I led this fight on my own for 4 years, i can continue carrying the load on my own (with or without Sheriff Joe providing affidavits or submiting a criminal complaint to Maricopa DA

    But Sheriff Joe adds the important words, “OFFICIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT,” to your and our “INVESTIGATION” of the past three years and nine months. That is definitely a worthwhile accreditation.
