Attn Mark J. Langer

Clerk Court of Appeals

Dear Mr. Langer,

I filed 2 appeals:

  1. District case 11-cv-1421, Court of Appeals case 11-5306 Taitz v Ruemmler, appeal filed 10.31.2011 See attached docket Exhibit 1
  2. District case 11-cv-402, Court of Appeals case 11—05304 Taitz v Astrue FOIA appeal filed on October 25.2011  Exhibit 2
  3. I received a letter from the Court of Appeals, directing me to pay $450 for each Appeal, payment to be forwarded to the District court.
  4. I sent the checks immediately.
  5. About 30 days after I sent the checks, I got a letter from the District Court, stating that the fee should be $455, not $450. My checks were voided. I immediately attached to the letter and to the voided checks two new checks for $455 each and sent to the District court.
  6. I got a certified mail receipt, showing that my letter with the two new checks were received by the District court on November 28th. Exhibit 3
  7. Today, on December first, I got two new letters from the Court of Appeals, regarding the same case, Taitz v Ruemmler, stating that   the filing fee is $450, that the fee was not received and a new appeals number 11-5329 assigned to the case 11-cv-1421 Taitz v Ruemmler.

Wherefore

  1. I am respectfully requesting to verify with the District court, that indeed the Appeal fee was received for both cases.
  2. Correct the case number on the Case Taitz v Ruemmler to reflect the originally assigned number 11-5306.

Respectfully,

/s/ Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Appellant

Seems like there are traitors in the admin of the court who are running interference.

Without it becoming a distraction or consuming any large measure of valuable time, is it possible to bring this to the attention of a over-sight department to investigate this behavior on the part of the courts admin and clerical staff?

The childish games that these people play cannot hide the fact that they are covering up the biggest lie ever told to the American people.

But the fact that there are a only so many fingers to plug the holes in Obama’s story should give us all comfort. Hopefully Arpiao’s report will bust everything wide open shortly.

Hang tough Orly. It will all be worth your frustrations in the end.

Arpaio’s posse submitted the report to him. He could make it public and demand prosecution

    Dr. Taitz,
Are you saying that Sheriff Arpaio has completed his investigation and has issued a report? Who has access to this document?

Arpaio has been threatened. Obama protocol you know. If Obama has nothing to hide, why does he keep threatening anyone, any organization who seeks the truth? This is BHO MO. He is doing it now to Herman Cain just like he did with Jack Ryan and others who opposeed him n the run for senate. He left no opponents. Got them all off the ballot; (via his chicago thugs) He won because he had no opponents. He was the only one on the ballot to run for senate in Chicago. That is how he won.

It sounds like you need an accountant for your attorney activities. Wish I lived in SoCal I could straighten out your recordkeeping.

The $450 and the “new” case number relate to the mandamus you filed. You need to keep track of your various filings.
