    You can easily argue their 1st, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th amendments have been violated. I hope that each and every one of them will sue not only the government but, every single one of the individual scumbags who had a hand at this. I don’t recall any grand jury convening to press charges against these people.

    re: #’s 2 and 3: Besides being a private org, the ACLU is no longer in the business of defending conservatives. They have gone full woke and far left, and wouldn’t be caught dead defending anyone in the DC gulag.

    KBB they don’t defend anyone who is not black a loooong time ago. I know, back in 2005 when my son was in High School there was a little incident and when I went to the school and talked to the principal, no answers, the superintendent, no answers, call the mayors office they didn’t deal with the school system, the school board, no answers, finally called the NAACP and the ACLU and they didn’t even returned my calls. Since then they don’t get a penny from me.

    Seriously, Stalin was better than Biden? And while it’s not really material, it’s two years, not three years. The insurrection was January 2021. My guess is that Stalin would have come down much harder than just jail time
