Mr Maldondado who was born in Mexico and became a naturalized citizen in 1995 while serving in the Army and stationed in Iraq and Afganistand. He had asked all the other candidates if they were required to prove there citizenship and they were not. After submitting the required information along with Mexican birth certificate Naturalization papers, and letters of recommendations from his superior officers , Mr Maldondado asked Mrs Carnahan if this information was going to be made public for public viewing. Her response was of course it would. He then asked her if he could see President Obama’s proof of citizenship as he was just required to do. She went blank and refused any further comment.
