Speaking of the Illuminati and NWO…have y’all read about Janet Burgermeister, an investigative reporter from Austria, filing a criminal complaint with the FBI against Obama, Napolitano, Sibelius, Rockefeller,WHO, the UN, et al and charging them with planning to murder millions of Americans with deadly swine flu vaccine. She issued a 107 page dossier claiming that Baxter, a drug company with a lab in Illinois and Austria, sent vaccine to the Czech Republic. Fortunately someone there tested it and found it had live virus in it. Then another load of vaccine exploded on a train in Switzerland. Of course there is more to it than that, but at least with this we know the conspiracy she claims is going on is multinational. Millions will be murdered with forced vaccinations. As nutty as it sounds, it ties in with all the reports and rumors that have been flying.

Here are some examples of “clues”. 1. That “they” expect another epidemic of swine flu in the fall and are preparing vaccine. 2. The gov. may have to resort to martial law if that happens. 3. Obama has what he calls a “civilian law enforcement organization” being trained (for martial law?). 4. United Nations troops were reported being trained here for emergencies such as another Katrina (UN troops for our emergencies?) 5. FEMA camps have supposedly been set up. 6. Larry Grathwohl, the Weather Underground FBI informer testified that when he asked Ayers and his co-terrorist what they were going to do with those who didn’t cooperate when the Revolution turned out to be successful, he replied, “We will simply have to kill about 25,000,000 people who don’t want to be re-educated.”

Folks, it looks to me like the Revolution has been successful. We’d better give these attempts with Orly the best that we’ve got!

    I just read, “Obama and the Military’s Moral Dilemma” by Robert Klein Engler….here’s some snips:
    “There is now reasonable doubt that Mr. Obama meets the U.S. Constitution’s requirement of “natural born” citizenship. This means that there is also reasonable doubt that he is qualified to be President of the United Sates and commander in chief.
    Until proof of U.S. citizenship is presented beyond a reasonable doubt, it is reasonable to say that Mr. Obama is probably a usurper to the office of President. Yet, for many Americans, this is irrelevant. They believe that holding the office is proof that one is qualified for the office.

    There is one American institution, however, that has a moral responsibility to support the U.S. Constitution. That institution is the U.S. military. The Constitution is the bedrock upon which military order and discipline is founded.

    Even if the Supreme Court declared upon the examination of the evidence that Obama does not meet the Constitution’s qualifications to be President, what can be done? The chief justice of the court is not going to the Oval Office with a broom and sweep it clean.

    The same can be said for many other American institutions. The people have voted. The man is popular. What Constitution? We prefer the thrill up our leg. These are some of the arguments put forward to support the current regime.

    In their paper, ”Divided Loyalties: Civil-Military Relations at Risk,” DiSilverio and Laushine write: “The commissioning of military officers is another source of legal support for the Constitution as the primary legitimate authority.”

    “The commission from the Commander-in-Chief states, ‘this officer is to observe and follow such orders and directions, from time to time, as may be given by me, or by the future President of the United States of America.'”

    DiSilverio and Laushine continue: “The requirement to follow orders also applies to those officers appointed over the subject officer. As Anthony Hartle contends, the fundamental law of the United States is the Constitution, and the commission confirms the supremacy of the Constitution…”

    “Hartle goes on to say that if a President were to issue an unlawful order, military officers would be obligated to disobey it, and that this obligation derives its moral basis in the commissioning oath.” This same obligation to disobey also holds against an order issued by an unlawful or usurper President.

    Add to this, all entering the U.S. military take the following oath: “I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States…”

    The writer of the ”Natural Born Presidency Blog” reminds us that, “Military personnel are subject to a world unlike anything a CIVILIAN would ever understand. It is an anachronistic, rule oriented, self contained society which doesn’t react amiably when confronted with a breakdown of good order and discipline.”

    Then he cautions us. “It should be noted…a significant gray area exists regarding whether an ineligible President can render a ‘lawful order.’ There exists a strong probability the court will reinterpret the Constitution to allow Mr. Obama to hold the office. If such occurs, the military, as a WHOLE, will nod affirmative…”

    If a person is clearly not a natural born citizen, then it is hard to imagine how Congress or the Supreme Court can make him one. Furthermore, members of the U.S. military have a moral obligation NOT to follow his orders. As Hartle states, “this obligation derives its moral basis in the commissioning oath.”

    If Obama is not qualified to be President from the start, then he simply is not President. The only gray area is in the hearts of his supporters. He cannot even resign. He can only be removed.

    To complicate matters even further, The Uniform Code of Military Justice may be invoked to get at the truth. Writing in the Huffington Post, Martin Lewis wanted to use this Code to remove George W. Bush from office. If he is right, we can turn the tables and use his argument against Mr. Obama.

    Lewis writes, “Article 7 of the Uniform Code Of Military Justice specifically says…'(a) Apprehension is the taking of a person into custody. (b)Any person authorized under regulations governing the armed forces to apprehend persons subject to this Code may do so upon reasonable belief that an offense has been committed and that the person apprehended committed it. (c) Commissioned officers, warrant officers, petty officers, and noncommissioned officers have authority to quell quarrels, frays and disorders among persons subject to this chapter who take part therein.'”

    Removing Obama from office, in Lewis’ words, “would not be an action to undertake lightly…However, given the current imperilment of U.S. troops…you have a greater responsibility to your nation, your code of honor, and to the U.S. Constitution.”

    The Constitution is a document with some flexibility. However, the military is an institution that abhors flexibility. Discipline, order, and the chain of command are not flexible. Neither is the line between life and death, honor, and victory.”

    You’ve probably already covered this…but this could be another angle to remove Obama. With all of your plaintiffs (or fellow patriots for that matter), are there any Military Officers that are JAG attorneys or at the very least familiar with the UCMJ and the workings of Article 7 in particular? Under this article, who would have the authority to suggest offenses were committed as well as the authority for apprehension?
    Would this authority be enough to remove a sitting President (Usurper)?

    Just curious….I don’t have a lot of faith in the courtrooms right now so I’m looking past the Judges to other avenues. I was even wondering if Walpin, the Inspector Gen’l that was fired, had any legal recourse against Obama since he didn’t follow the proper procedures when removing him. just a thought.. 🙂

    Good points Elisabeth…I have no faith at all in the courts either, and especially the SC. What about all the unconstitutional things Barry has done, and all the treasonist acts as well? No one with any authority has called him on it; no one has done a single thing about it. There is no way this can continue.

    This article, Elisabeth, shows that with a usurper a Military coup is justifiable, but it would be unlike any normal coup, because it is not to overthrow the government, but to restore it…I pray it does not come to that and that Obama has the integrity to step down before or after SCOTUS does it duty…

    I read when the swine flu first errupted that this was just a test run to see how people would react. The article stated that the BIG ONE (the bird flu which was manufactured to intentioally create a pandemic) would be released this fall of 09. They are looking for every possible avenue to implement martial law, to void the constitution, to take control of everything. This is a nightmare. I am contacting the head of the health department in my town to see if she knows about this. EVERYONE should contact their healt department and complain. I mean what is a person supposed to do? Take a vaccine with 90% chances of it killing you or be hauled off to a concentration camp in which you more than likely will die. I read that these fema concentration camps are old railroad stations…. which makes sense. Thousands of people brought to the camps, die and hauled off in train cars to mass grave sites. The article stated that several towns, one in indiana close to chicago was contacted by dhs and fema to see if there were areas for refugees and mass grave sites. There are over thirty miles of empty automobile carrier train cars lined up next to the track outside of new york. Fema and dhs have purchased hundreds of thousands of plastic containers (burial vaults) that will hold up to six bodies. These are stock piled outside of atlanta georgia covering several acres of ground… just waiting to be put to use. Is the military leaders in on this scandal? who knows… but someone with power such as orly or anyone that she would know should inform the military. They need to simply remove him and foil the plan of the nwo and un, the bilderberg group and the elite before billions upon billions of innocent people are murdered. This will make the haulocaust look like it was nothing. Someone HAS to do something.

    For those of you who haven’t read the entire dossier, Burgermeister points out that the outbreak we had in May was declared a level 5 pandemic by WHO and the US govt.. (When two or more countries are involved, that makes it a level 5.) THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS IS THAT WHEN THE NEXT OUTBREAK OF THIS MANMADE PANDEMIC OCCURS THIS FALL OR LATE SUMMER, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE A LEVEL 6. WHEN A LEVEL 6 OCCURS, THE GOVERNMENT HAS THE “DUTY” AND “RIGHT” TO QUARANTINE ITS CITIZENS, DECLARE MARTIAL LAW, PUT CITIZENS IN A CONCENTRATION CAMP, REMOVE ALL WEAPONS, SEARCH YOUR HOME, MANDATE INNOCULATIONS, ETC. IN OTHER WORDS, THE PRESIDENT BECOMES A DICTATOR!

    We need to get rid of this man as fast as we can. Call on the military, a citizens’ volunteer army, whatever, but get rid of him soon!
