Do you remember Arpaio through Zullo and Carl Gallops saying that the criminal complaint will be filed in 3-6 months? Now it is being reported to me that Carl Gallops, a de facto spokesperson for Arpaio and Zullo is saying that he will never file a criminal complaint because he has no jurisdiction. So, which one is it: do we need to wait for 3 more months or does he have no jurisdiction? If he has no jurisdiction to file the complaint at all, why did he spend 2 years on investigation, why did he spend 2 years asking for money for the cold case posse? show me a sheriff who spends 2 years working on a crime in his jurisdiction and later says that he never had jurisdiction to file a complaint against the criminal .

Arpaio CANNOT file criminal charges alone – it is a jurisdiction problem – TAITZ should KNOW this. If she doesn’t she is inept. If she DOES – then she is purposely trying to derail the whole thing. Think about those things. You need to know what you are talking about before you rant and rave on this channel.

Of course I was blocked from responding back. Any response Orly to this?

    I just E-mailed Sheriff Arpaios office and asked about The Cold Case Posse. I mentioned the Tea Party and its Petition to The Sheriff. I asked Why over Two Years and All the Evidence Collected that NO Charges have beened to The States Attorney?
    I Told them that ANY other person would have had a Trial and BEEN Convicted with the Evidence at Hand. I asked for an HONEST ANSWER.

    Any and every law enforcement officer can investigate suspected violations of any FEDERAL, STATE, OR INTERNATIONAL law. Investigators seek the facts to enforce law while Justice Departments (District Attorneys, Attorney Generals and Grand Juries) investigate and bring judicial action. Sheriff Arpaio should turn over all evidence to those who prosecute criminals. Once he does, the responsibility is no longer his, but falls on those who prosecute.

    Interestingly enough, I’m on carl gallups shit list because I told him he was a scammer and praising for donations to this CCP when carl says one minute there going to file and the next minute he’s got Zullo filing papers in Alabama and expect some results. I basically told him he’s was full of shit and to stop scamming the people. Birds of a feather flock together as the saying goes.

    I am grateful you used my comment on your site, but I am tired of scammers and Gallups proved he is NOW one. He says I don’t know what I’m talking about! Little does he know I don’t have blindfolds on and can see quite well and I know if someone is blowing smoke up my arse. If your looking for an honest answer from these people, don’t hold your breath. If your being asked to make a donation, tell them to stick it up there arse. Lets not forget that this administration has breed corruption all across the country and there in a position to take advantage of it, Including gallups who’s scamming people to support this corruption. NOT GONNA HAPPEN HERE! I hope the rest of you can relate!!
