Deposition of Bettina Viviano and Gigi Gaston was moved to May 16th, as one of the attorneys for the Democratic Party of MS and the secretary of State of MS are not available on May 9th

New tentative date is May 16th, 3 pm. I am verifying with the facility the time and the date. Will forward to you a new notice in paper form.  You will be provided a formal notice with all the information.

Please, keep in mind that there are a lot of parties in this case. 2  or 3 attorneys represent the Secretary of State and 3 attorneys represent the Democratic party of Mississippi. Probably there will be other attorneys on the case later on. It will be impossible to find a date that will work for everybody, however I am sure there will be a great cooperation between the defendants, so I am sure they will rely on you to represent the interest of the other defendants during the depositions in Los Angeles.
