Dear Ms. Mehta
In your article “Activist who challenges Obama’s citizenship is booted from Tax Day Tea Party” https://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-taxday14-2010apr14,0,2366118.story describing the events of the Tea Party rally you intentionally misrepresented the facts of the case.
As I told you on the phone interview on 04.13.10 the organizers of the event Fred Watson and Susan Mehlson have told me that some candidates were concerned about the information I provided about my opponent in the Republican primary Damon Dunn.
Barack Obama’s illegitimacy to US presidency was not the main concern. Organizers of the event have supported my efforts and knew about legal actions I have undertaken on behalf of over 200 members of US military, candidates on the ballot, as well as state representatives from all over the Naton, seeking disclosure of all the orifinal vital records of Mr. Obama.
I have previously shared the stage with both Chuck Devore and Carly Fiorina at other events. I was one of the featured speakers at the Republican Women Federated of Northern CA division, I spoke right after Carly Fiorina and sat next to her and her husband. I shared the stage with both senatorial candidates Fiorina and Devore at the California Republican Assembly convention. Numerous members of the Tea party movement, as well as 80-85% of American citizens, both Republicans and Democrats, according to AOL and Pew polls, are aware of the fact that Mr. Obama did not produce his original birth certificate, but rather produced only an abbreviated copy created only in 2007, which does not contain most pertinent information. They want to see the original, which Mr. Obama is refusing to produce. I was invited to speak at a number of tea parties, and Pleasanton was only one of them.
As I have stated to you in the interview, and as it was explained to you by the Vice Chair of the California Republican party Mr. Tom Del Beccaro, the issue of Obama’s eligibility was never heard on the merits, nobody saw his original birth certificate with the name of the doctor and the name of the hospital and signatures, that is currently sealed in Hawaii. Obama never provided any explanation, why is he currently using social security number 042-68-4425, which was issued in Connecticut to another individual, and which was later assumed by Barack Obama, as well as other assumed Social Security numbers of deceased individuals and numbers that were never assigned. Unfortunately, you and other pro-Obama reporters did not do your due diligence and did not show impartiality. You did not honestly report that Obamagate was never heard on the merits, that all the judges were saying that nobody has standing, nobody has a particularized injury to challenge Obama’s illegitimacy to presidency, which means that this case is yet to be heard on the merits. You want it to be over, while it is not over until the case is heard on the merits and until the whole Nation sees Obama’s original birth certificate from Hawaii and live birth file from Kapiolani hospital, until there is an explanation regarding fraudulently used social security numbers of others and until there is a judicial determination, whether citizen of Kenya and Indonesia can be a US president. I have given you all this information, yet you have chosen not to publish it and to distort the issue.
What is more despicable is the way you have chosen to defraud the voters of the state of CA in regards to my opponent Damon Dunn. I have provided you the information that Damon Dunn was a lifelong Democrat. He was registered to vote in Both TX and FL, yet he committed fraud by not disclosing this information on his voter registration card, while question 16 specifically asks “Did you register before? In What State? What County? What Party affiliation?” Moreover, I provided you the information, which I obtained just a few hours earlier, as you caught me at the airport flying from Jacksonville FL to Pensacola FL. I provided you the information about a letter from the Duval County Registrar of voters obtained by me same very day.(see attached) It stated that Damon Dunn attempted to destroy his record of being a registered Democrat, by calling the registrar of voters in Duval county FL after he registered as a Republican in CA, and asking to delete from the database his voter record. I specifically remember asking you “How can a person, who attempted to destroy his own voter record, be entrusted with voting records of millions of people? Do you want him in charge of your own voting record?” From what I remember, your answer was no, yet you have chosen not to report any of this information, most essential for the race and try to show me as a racist, who is attacking an African American candidate for no reason. You are attempting to change the results of the election by virtue of fraud and misrepresentation.
California statutes §18203 and §18500 provide for up to 3 years in state prison for elections fraud. If you do not issue a correction and apology, you and Los Angeles Times will be guilty of aiding and abetting elections fraud and being part of a conspiracy to commit elections fraud under RICO, as well as all the damages stemming from it.
Wherefore, I demand a letter of retraction and apology, to be issued within 3 (three) business days, as well you taking any and all necessary steps in forwarding such retraction and apology to other newspapers and media outlets, which republished your article.
