Curently we have citizens from Orange, San Diego, Santa Barabara and Merced county interested in being observers during manual recount

a citizen of Merced county contacted me. She is interested in being present in manual count.

Please, be advised: by law every county has to do a manual count of 1% of the votes and they have to allow citizens to be present and watch what is being done. They have to check, whether the machines are rigged, whether the voters are eligible

    Orly:
    1) Can’t they re-count more than the 1%?
    2) How many votes is that?
    3) How can they arrive at the proper (total) vote count, if only 1% is re-counted?
    4) What if the “rigged” vote count is in the group that they DON’T WANT TO RE-COUNT?
    5) Which votes are they/you observers going to re-count, the ones they’ve already gone through or the ones they haven’t counted?

    This could make a very large difference in the outcome, if they re-count ONLY the ones that they know won’t change whom the winner is, right? Can anyone see what I’m trying to convey here?

    The SOS office could easily pick the ballots to count, that have NO BARING ON THE OUTCOME!!!

    6) Shouldn’t the observers discuss with the SOS-Bowen, to tell her that they want to count the ballots that have ALREADY BEEN COUNTED, since Bowen went public and told everyone that it was Feinstein and some other (R) who were #1 and 2?

    That means, that she knows that all (or the majority) of the previous ballots have been rigged, to possibly put Orly way down the list?? so she wouldn’t want to go back and check those, right?

    Be alert Observers and don’t let Bowen hoodwink you!!! She’s been doing this for some time, so she knows how to go about a re-count, IMO!!

    Okay, maybe I’m missing something here…? But maybe (is it possible?) that it’s not the machines that are being rigged? Maybe it’s the SOS, when she’s by herself, that she just (“declares!”) that the candidate(s) other than Orly does the winning?!

    Ask yourselves how is it that Feinstein, Pelosi and any other member of Congress keep getting elected, without trying, from Ca.? Is it possible that the SOS has something to do with that???

    We know that Soros has control over that SOS OFFICE, so…how simple would it be to just have the SOS say “WHO WINS, at some point?”

    (Remember how they stopped counting and declared the top two candidates, knowing that there were tons of ballots still needing to be counted? Why would they stop counting???)

    Especially, if no one asks for a re-count! Is it possible that the machines show no signs of being rigged??!!! And they then, go through a re-count of those ballots that are [not fraudulently marked]? Only 1%…!!!

    Then, they would seem to be in the clear and none of us would be the wiser??!!

    Observers should notice if SOS Bowen just selects “certain ballots” to re-count! Watch her like a Hawk!!!

    And I’m betting that the SOS office knows exactly which ballots have been marked “fraudulently (if at all), either by the machine or by what the SOS says!!!?” Remember the Diebold and Sequoia…which counties were these machines supposed to be in? Or does it make any difference how the machine tablulates the vote?

    With these people, anything is possible, IMO! Are you observers able to read and check (ALL) of the tape on the various machines? Or would that be needed, if the SOS is declaring the winner, without even counting (ALL) of the ballots??? IMO, they are trying to pull a “fast-one” here!!!

    Once corrupt, always corrupt!!!
