Our new Governor Susana Martinez just fired each and every member of the NM EIB (New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board–effectively dismantling it.  Last year, over the objections of the NM Legislature, under a series of regulations the NM EIB passed the NM version of Cap and Tax.  With the stroke of her powerful pen, Gov Martinez has now effectively thrown out the Cap & Tax regulation, also.  YEA, SUSANA!!!
