Today, we filed and Injunction to keep the Alabama Democratic Party Chairman, Mark Kennedy, from Certifying Obama for Ballot Access until they prove in Court that he is a Natural Born Citizen with a valid Social Security Number.  The Montgomery County Sheriff Department will serve the Court Papers to the Democratic Party Chairman in Montgomery, Alabama. This will take several days before service is completed.
 
Once served the Court will establish a Court Date for hearing.  This is the only case in the States that has done this. In Alabama it is the Party Chairman that Certifies the Candidates to the Secretary of State.  If the Party certifies them then they go on the Ballot. Basically, all the Alabama SOS is “is nothing more than a rubber stamp”.

    The snowball that you have started is well on its way down the mountain. It grows bigger each day, picking up supporters and crushing opposers. Soon it will be so huge that the Usurper will be unable to get out of its path.

    What is to prevent the Democratic party from replacing Mark Kennedy as Chairman and having the new chairman file the certification of Obama?

    Or what if Mark Kennedy is “disabled” or otherwise unavailable? Could an “acting chairman” file the certification?

    Just thinking of tricks the party may use to circumvent the intent of the injunction.

    As I stated lastnight I’ll do whatever has to be done to stop this fraud by the Democratic Party, the courts, and Obama himself.

    If all else fails and I certainly hope it doesn’t get behind Ron Paul. He will get the vote from people that will never vote for Newt, Mitt, or Rick. Old anti-War hippies that know Obama has started more wars than both the Bushs. Rotten Rodham feminazies that hate Obama for kicking their Queen off the ballot in ’08. And, don’t forget Dr. Paul is for legal pot! There are many more pot heads in the democRATic Party than there are card carrying Communists! They will jump off that sinking Communist ship of fools to get their smoke legalized. Four more years of Obama will destroy Capitalism in America. With four years of Ron we could audit the Federal Reserve, and dismantle the IRS. Not a bad trade! With a few New Senators in ’12 we can take back America! Good Luck Orly!

    I am greatly concerned though with his statements, that it is ok for Iran to have nuclear weapons
