    This IP traces to a floral shop in Las Flores, California. Went through a proxy in Australia to get to you.

    can you get the address or name of the owner? Las Flores is very close to my office. It is 5-10 minutes drive from my office

    If it went through a proxy it is, by definition, not traceable back to Las Flores. Either email/comment came from someone in Australia, or he/she is using a proxy that makes it impossible to trace the origination. You need to get a subpoena to the proxy server.
